The house has the great advantage to be ideally situated in the heart of Alicante, at only 100 meters from the beach. In the same street i.e. calle Villavieja, you may visit the museum of contemporary Art and the magnificent Iglesia Santa Maria. All services - restaurants, supermarkets, shops, pubs, casino, harbour, market place, theater, public transportation, etc. - are at a walking distance.

"les travaux liés à la construction du collège n''ont en rien noircis notre séjour au coeur de ce quartier ancien . Sommes restés sous le charme de cet appartement idéalement situé pour arpenter les nombreuses rues du quartier historique à toute heure (la ville à pied, végétation de folie). La visite del Castillo est incontournable et offre une vue imprenable sur la baie d''Alicante et permet de découvrir toits et terrasses. A 2 pas de la Basilique Santa maria à ne pas rater à l''heure de l''apéro pour déguster chez "mon café" une carafe de sangria avec la bonne humeur du patron! appartement top, très bien équipé, sublimement spacieux, merveilleusement lumineux .... nous avons hate d''y retourner."
