My partner and I stayed in the apartment early August due to attending a concert in the local area. The apartment was stunning, very modern and sleek. It is situated in the best part of town with many bars and restaurants just a minute down the road. Upon reading other reviews before booking we had noticed other people suggesting that noise coming from the local area was an issue for the apartment, and whilst earplugs were provided by the hosts, we did not need to use them as the apartment block was silent. The apartment has a kitchen/ diner/ living room all conjoined and is everything you would need for a week away in alicante. The bedroom area was beautiful, with a double bed, hanger for clothes, and an on-suit bathroom attached We absolutely loved our time in the apartment and couldn’t ask for anything more from the hosts

A charming apartment in the old town 3 mins walk from the Train Station, the apartment was well equipped and spotlessly clean, the TV was a smart model so plenty of channels (mainly Spanish) but Youtube was accessible, However see following comments box

Unless you are planning to go clubbing until 3am DO NOT STAY DURING SATURDAY NIGHTS, the noise from the neighbourhood club/disco was excessively loud for a residential area, I'm not a party pooper but the volume plus the noisy revellers kept me awake all night, we had to take a taxi to the airport at 7am next morning so a night's sleep deprivation wasn't useful, the host had left ear plugs by the bed, that should have been a red flag. Also the apartment was on the third floor so it necessitated a hike up a narrow staicase which was hard work for guests in their senior years.
