Nice apartment and very clean, located in the same Town Hall Square, quiet building with elevator.
Excellent location, 20 meters from the Postiguet beach, port and the promenade of La Explanada (a street separates us)
It has free high speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, fans, equipped kitchen, 100% cotton household linen, 2 comfortable quality mattresses, toilet equipped with bath products, cotton towels etc. (All free)
Very central area, full of restaurants and bars, nearby museums, public transport next door, taxis, airport bus 20 meters, parking in the vicinity.

The apartment has a room with a large bed, a closet, a balcony facing the street, the living room dining room kitchen is a spacious and comfortable place with tv, sofa-bed with bed for 2 people with very comfortable mattress, armchairs, dining table , the fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, oven, washing machine, toaster, microwave, cutlery and dishes of the best quality, as well as all kinds of utensils for your use, bathroom with shower, hair dryer etc. a great and beautiful hall.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment except on the balcony, pets are not allowed.

Really enjoyed our break in Alicante. The apartment was well equipped, clean and airy. Situated 5 minutes from the beach and marina and an easy walk into town. Highly recommend.

Great location for exploring the city, the beach and the port and for the C6 bus from the airport. Quite noisy later on in the evening, but can close windows as there is air con. Very comfortable bed, great shower and comfy sitting area. Communication with host very good. Really enjoyed our stay in Alicante, would book this appartment again.
