La ubicación es perfecta, los detalles del piso son espectaculares, todo lo que se te pueda ocurrir que necesites lo tienes, súper limpio y cómodo.

Por ponerle una pega, que es un detalle sin importancia, nos faltó un rollo de papel higiénico para las que éramos y los días que estuvimos.

Priestranné, čisté ubytovanie v centre mesta. Oceňujem vybavenie kuchyne a kúpeľne, čistotu, vôňu celého bytu a taktiež kávu a niečo malé pod zub. K dispozícii bol slnečník, deka aj stoličky na pláž, čo bolo veľké plus. Dostupnosť dopravy, obchodov bola výborná.

Nočný hluk, ale nakoľko je byt priamo v centre, s tým sa musí počítať. Chýbal sušiak na bielizeň, sušiť sa dalo len vo vnútrobloku na šnúrach a trvalo to dlho.

Very nice, clean and well-equipped apartment in an excellent central location. The apartment itself was comfortable, spacious and practical for our stay. Review updated on 13 Aug 2026 after the host's response: The host now says the devices are “motion detectors”, not cameras. They are Verisure/Essence indoor photo detectors; the technical documentation describes this device type as “Camera with Motion Detection”. This is why I described them as camera-equipped security sensors. Booking.com states check-in from 15:00. The host instead treats 15:00 as the start of an unspecified waiting period until cleaning is finished. That condition was not stated in the listing despite the host repeatedly claiming that it was. I revised my original score from 7 to 5, as the response reinforced my concerns.

Our Booking.com booking showed check-in from 15:00, and we had told the host that we planned to arrive around that time. The day before, the host told us to expect 15:30–16:00 instead, explaining that availability depended on the time needed for cleaning after the previous guests. Although this was already later than the published check-in time, we adjusted our plans accordingly. At 15:39 the next day, we were told for the first time that the apartment was still being cleaned because the previous guests had left it unusually messy, and we were given a new estimate of around 16:30. The apartment was finally reported ready at 16:54. For a one-night stay, this took a significant part of our only afternoon, including time spent waiting in a park in the Alicante heat. The condition in which the previous guests left the apartment may have contributed to the delay. Our main concern, however, was the communication. We had already adjusted our plans to the host's 15:30–16:00 estimate and were only informed at 15:39 that cleaning was still in progress. The host subsequently said that this dependency on cleaning was also set out in the listing. We explicitly asked where, but no such passage was shown to us, and we could not find one in the listing or our booking information either. The host's own published answer to another traveller states: “Check-in time from 15:00 to 20:00.” Simply acknowledging that the advertised check-in time could not be met would have been preferable. We also found two camera-equipped security sensors inside the apartment, one in the entrance area and one in the living room facing the dining area. We had been informed about an alarm system, but not that it included camera-equipped sensors inside the apartment. Both had physical lens covers, which we closed after noticing them. The listing's safety section lists a security alarm but no surveillance devices.
