I liked that the customer service was very friendly. We were able to check in earlier and got the apartment ahead of time. I really liked the building’s interior and furnishings, and the hotel’s location is excellent. The towels and bed linen were of very good quality, and all the appliances worked very well.

The cleanliness of the apartment left quite a lot to be desired. There was an opened bottle of alcohol inside the cabinet under the TV, and the plastic head of a razor was found underneath the bathroom sink. One of the bathrooms had not been cleaned at all, the shower gel was empty, and there was a lot of dust on the surfaces throughout the apartment. There was used bed linen inside the sofa in the living room, which was folded up. We therefore had to clean the apartment ourselves. Before our stay, we received suspicious WhatsApp messages claiming that our reservation would be cancelled within 24 hours unless we provided our bank card details. Phishing scammers also tried to charge our card again. The fraudulent website looked extremely official, and they even included our room number, which made the scam appear very convincing. There was also a serious problem with the shower: water flowed out of the shower area onto the bathroom floor, so after every shower we had to mop the entire bathroom. It was also visible from the condition of the doors that they had been repeatedly exposed to water and had become water-damaged.

The apartment had a strong smell of cigarettes when we arrived (may be due to other guests smoking nearby which is not allowed). We didn’t sleep for the 3 nights we were there due to the street noise from the bedroom window. Traffic, people shouting, market deliveries all through the night was so loud and disruptive. Non-steam iron is useless.
