Location excellent .Very central,quiet and safe. Spacious modern well equipped apartment Right next door to fab indoor food market Plenty of convenience stores nearby 10 to 15 minutes walk to promenade and restaurants A minutes walk from super clean tram network to visit other villages Airport bus stops right outside the door

Small things but…Had to request clean towels, the promised cleaning every 3 days didn’t happen.Bed linen change change would have been great as v high temps make for sweaty sheets.Nice toiletries but running out of toilet paper on day 2 never good! Got locked out one night as batteries in door lock went , very nice guy came very quickly and tried to sort it but we had to share 1 key for remaining days. Could do with more cups and glasses etc as no point in having a dishwasher if barely enough settings for one meal Also cheap iron and board a let down for such an otherwise beautifully equipped property.

Su ubicación es fantástica, sus instalaciones muy buenas. Céntrico, amplio, cumplió su función.

A pesar de tener salva escaleras, esta funcionaba con NFC que debías pedir, un inconveniente a mejorar. Por otro lado la cerradura electrónica del apartamento no siempre funcionaba con el código proporcionado. Coincidió nuestra estancias con fiestas y barracas muy cercas, siendo el ruido un impedimento para el descanso nocturno.

The apartment block is exceptionally well kept, clean ,modern and in a fantastic location for all that Alicante has to offer ..Added bonus is that the bus to the airport stops almost outside ( pay on the bus No ...C6 ...which can save Euros on taxis ... The service crew are very , very responsive in all areas , problems are solved quickly and without quibble .

Our particular apartment overlooked the fabulous Mercado Market , which if you like peace and quiet would not be for you , by 6am it's busy with traders coming and going , recycling bins are continuously being emptied , you would expect that in a busy city , but just be aware . A manual for the cooker would be helpful ....especially the hob .
