Excellently located just a one-minute walk from the Central Market and the bus stop to and from the airport, this hotel is the perfect place to experience the relaxed atmosphere of Alicante. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos and in perfect working order. The room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with a jacuzzi, while the bathroom was bright and recently renovated.

It was a pity, and somewhat surprising, that such a spacious and beautifully decorated room (203) did not have a bedside table with a drawer on both sides of the bed. As a result, there was only a convenient place to leave personal items such as a phone, charger, etc. on the right side of the bed. Adding a small drawer or bedside storage on both sides would be a very welcome improvement. On another note, and although this is not the hotel's fault, we have to agree with other guests' comments regarding the street noise, which can be quite noticeable, particularly in the evening and at night.

Super easy check in and out , the room were very spacious modern and clean. The room offered everything we could possibly need for a short stay in Alicante. The location was a short walk away from the main places to visit and a 10/15 minutes walk to the beach . I will be recommending and visiting again

Very good location, behind Central Market so everything is easy to walk to. Good facilities, nice & clean apartment.

The bath towel I had didn't dry well (although the hand towels were OK) - possibly made out of nylon / polyester, rather than cotton. There was also no kettle but didn't really matter as I could make hot drinks in the microwave. But the main problem was we stayed during the Hogeuras festival and there was a street party going on one night until 4.30am - right outside our window (we were on the ground floor and there was only the pavement between us and the party!). It was EXTREMELY loud and impossible to sleep until it ended. Fortunately, it was only for one of the two nights we booked, but I think the accommodation should have warned us about this, or at least put us in an apartment further away.

Central location, minimalistic style

We received the noise complaint from the host at three in the morning. We were listening to music from a laptop speaker. Making threats about calling the police was a bit too much. There were the four of us which I clearly indicated early and did the registrations for four people, but the apartment was only prepared for two people. Bathroom door could not be closed properly. Very odd for a nice apartment like this. When we booked the apartment, we actually expected one more bedroom, so two people had to sleep on the couch.
