Before commenting on the apartment itself, I would like to say how truly impressed we were by the hosts, especially Mrs Sabrina. On our last day, both of our children got sick, and we asked whether the apartment was booked so that we could possibly pay for a late check-out, as our return flight was late in the evening. Luckily, the next guests were arriving late, and our stay was extended until 7:00 PM free of charge. Truly outstanding hospitality and understanding.
The apartment itself is excellent – spacious and very clean. The kitchen is fantastically equipped, literally everything you might need is available. The apartment also has a wonderful terrace. The building is located in a very nice area of the city. Shops, restaurants, bakeries and pharmacies are nearby, and what is even more important, public transport, the city center and the beach are all within walking distance.
Once again, thank you for your hospitality. Highly recommended accommodation!

Apartamento muito bem localizado. Perto de tudo. Tem lugar para tomar café da manhã na esquina.
Fomos recebidos por uma moça muito simpática.
É bem amplo. Estava limpo. Tem varandão. Dá para secar as roupas com facilidade. Muito agradável.
O ar-condicionado funciona muito bem em todos os ambientes.
A porta do box do banheiro soltou e saía do trilho. Tinha que tomar muito cuidado.
Como trata-se de uma administradora, não há nenhuma possibilidade de flexibilizar horário ou qualquer outra tratativa. As respostas são prontas: "Deixe sua mala no escritório". Faz falta de um diálogo com proprietário, ficaria mais pessoal. Mas essa é a tendência, infelizmente.
Cuidado com a porta da varanda. Quanto se está do lado de fora e fechar a porta, ela trava e você não entra mais para o apartamento. Tem que bater para outra pessoa abrir. Se estiver sozinho vai ter que esperar alguém chegar.

Great communication with our hosts. Apartment was clean, well furnished with tasteful modern decor, and had great facilities. Apartment had heating aswell as a/c We also liked the little cleaning pack with wash detergent etc. Beds were very comfortable. Location was great too, close to the tram station and airport shuttle route. We would definitely stay here again !

The location is perfect. The setting of rooms is very comfortable and kitchen is well equipped. Overall we had a pleasant stay.
Upon check in when we entered the appartment we were hit by stench of cigarettes. Not nice. Thankfully, we got rid of it quite quickly by ventilating the rooms - however you could still smell it on sofa.
The walls in smaller bedroom are very thin so we heard neighbors watching tv late at night.
We were surprised to learn at check in that there's additional 200eur deposit needed - I checked and it is stated somwhere by the end of rules&conditions however it should be clearly reminded in welcome communications. Also, is it really needed if one book via Booking and is premium user with clear history? Not comfortable.
The lady that checked us in was kind, but later we communicated with general support from this big company and basically they rejected to provide us with another duvet. For 2 of us in one bed the one provided was too small and we had to use additional thin blanket. It was ok eventually, but we obviously felt ignorred.
