We had a great stay here & would definitely stay in the Riscal Building again as it’s a great location in the heart of the city. Is about 30 floors tall, so has loads of apartments. We know it as the Estudiotel building. This apartment is compact but had almost everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable bed, good balcony where the sun shone beautifully on the 6th floor, no real traffic noise considering you’re so central as it’s on a side road.
The fridge made noises like a pigeon at night, but we got used to it. You could occasionally hear neighbours passing the door late at night.
The sheets on the bed were odd- 3 flat sheets & not a duvet cover, but this wasn’t a deal breaker.

Sometimes we had to wait too long for the elevator.

Wir hatten das Zimmer mit dem orangenem Bad und dem ausklappbarem Schrank als Bett (welche jetzt nicht angesehen war, zuzuklappen logischerweise).
Ausgestattet war es mit Küche, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, (defektem) Toaster, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Wäscheständer, Fernsehen, zwei große und zwei kleine Badetücher und ebenso einer Waschmaschine!!
Gefallen hat uns aufjedenfall die Lage! Alles war super einfach zu erreichen und der Aufzug ist innerhalb weniger Sekunden oben.
Auch hat uns sehr das konstante Warmwasser, sowie der Balkon inklusive zwei Stühlen und einem Tisch gefallen.
Der Service via WhatsApp und Booking.com war hervorragend, großes Lob! (Achtung: einige Fishing-Nachrichten).
Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass beispielsweise Zucker und Salz als Basis zum Kochen gefehlt haben und extra gekauft werden mussten, was wir nicht in kleinen Mengen gefunden haben.
Die Wände sind nicht wirklich dick, beziehungsweise die Wohnungstür nicht drum herum perfekt verdichtet, sodass man schnell die Nachbarn und Lautstärke gehört hat, was meistens zum Abend hin aber ruhiger wurde. Dafür können die Vermieter hier aber nichts, wozu wir ebenso über Silvester da waren, wo die Menschen wahrscheinlich allgemein etwas lauter sind.
Etwas staubig war es an einigen Stellen, was aber halb so schlimm ist!!

La cocina esta muy bien equipada.
Estéticamente muy lindo.
Estábamos alojados por 6 días. Reservé con lavarropas y no funcionaba. La mampara del baño tenía una rotura que cada vez q te bañabas se mojaba todo el piso.El colchón de la cama vencido. Las sábanas de gastadas estaban rotas. Y por último cucarachas en el balcón, y en los estantes de los platos. No lo recomiendo.
