We used the apartment for a stopgap before going to our destination. The hostess was very helpful and welcoming.

Sound insulation between apartments is top notch. Our next door neighbours were incredibly noisy at times (shouting!) but inside the apartment we could barely hear them and the bedroom was completely silent.
The location is perfect and the view is great, even though it wasn't directed towards the sea. A calm area, close to the city centre and the beach.
The aircondition was effective, although the outdoor unit on the balcony was very noisy when it was running.
The WiFi was excellent. Backed up tens of gigabytes of photos quickly.
It didn't fully match the description given at booking time. It didn't feel like 60 square meters at all. Half that at best. It said it was suitable for 5 people, but I couldn't imagine staying more than 3 people there.
"Sea view" means that you can see the see the port and part of the sea at the edge of the balcony. We stayed with a different host in the same building a couple of years ago and then we had full sea view so we felt a bit cheated to be located on the side of the building.
The building has a lot of cockroaches (not the fault of the host) so everytime you come back or open a locker, expect to see a cockroach run into hiding. It didn't help that there were dirt in every corner, though.
The description on Booking explicitly said "electric outlets near the bed", but the closest electric outlets were at the opposite side of the room.
Considering that we paid a luxury hotel price we expected more.
