Everything was ok, the communication was made via WhatsApp. At the check-out, i deposited my luggage at the property until afternoon.

The location of this apartment is very central, it is literally few minutes to the city centre or to the tram connecting Alicante with other cities/areas, close to the Mercado and with Mercadona supermarket just behind the corner. We loved having a terrace and taking our breakfast over there. The reception is located in other facility, but our luggage could be left there and they also helped with earlier check-in, very much appreciated.
The apartment with a terrace is rather small. Any knife would be appreciated for the meal preparation and also the shower gel is not provided at the facility.

Good location, everything is in walking distance.
No privacy in bathroom and living room (how hard it is to get some curtains?). Also no place to put or hang wet towels. Easy fix, but owner obviously doesn't care about such details - so i can't score more than 8. Other than that the place is pretty good
