Lovely Apartment - MERCADO CENTRAL by SunCastle apartamentos

This is a lovely, spacious, well equipped apartment in the heart of Old Town Alicante. Plenty food shops nearby and it is right beside the city's indoor fresh food market. The tram stop is very close by and was great for day trips to nearby resorts eg Costa Blanca. A 10 minute walk brings you to the promenade and marina where there are a multitude of restaurants and the lovely sandy Postiguet beach. The apartment is a little dark and needs lights on most of the time, but this seems to be part of the design of most buildings in the older part of town. We felt very safe and secure in this apartment and the communication with the owner was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

It was just a little disappointing that the advertised patio was really just a back yard with no direct sunlight or view of anything. It was a perfect place for drying towels etc but not at all inviting to sit out. Having said that, it didn't spoil our stay in the apartment. It's just something to be aware of.

L'accueil, l'hospitalité et la gentillesse de notre hôte qui nous a remis les clés en mains propres et fait découvrir le logement. La machine à café Nespresso petite et très fonctionnelle. La douche spacieuse et bien chaude. L'appartement est grand, moderne, bien décoré, confortable et idéalement placé à côté du Mercado Central à 50 m de l'arrêt du bus C6 qui assure la liaison avec l'aéroport 24/24. Proches de l'appartement se trouvent tous les commerces de proximité nécessaires, Mercado Central bien entendu, Carrefour express, boulangerie, traiteur italien, pharmacie, marchands de légumes....

Location was excellent, close to shops and a 15 minute walk to the promenade.

Small bathroom, could have done with more towels and mugs. Not enough sockets in kitchen Plenty hot water and good pressure.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, einkaufen, Bus zum Flughafen in 5 min. zu Fuß erreichbar

Die Wohnung ist seeehr hellhörig, Nachbarn waren Nachts sehr laut. Die Wohnung ist sehr dunkel, die Terrasse bzw Patio ist ein Freisitz in einem Lichtschacht !! Zum frühstücken nicht sehr einladend Die Kopfkissen waren leider auch sehr unbequem
