The apartment is very spacious and cozy at the same time. The kitchen is well equipped. The apartment has everything we needed, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and good Wi-Fi. The beds are very comfortable. Since we stayed in the apartment in February, we were worried it might be cold, but there was air conditioning in the main room and small heaters in each bedroom. Communication with the host was very good. Good location, close to shops, restaurants, and the market A very pleasant stay. If we ever return to Alicante, we will definitely choose this apartment again.

It's really hard to find any flaws. Maybe the street where the apartment is located isn't very pretty, but in the evenings it was relatively quiet and peaceful.

Apartamentul este impecabil. Este la etajul unu al unei cladiri în apropiere de Mercado ( piața centrală) și în imediata vecinătate a Castelului Sf Barbara. Am gasit totul curat, liniște și disponibilitatea gazdelor. Ne-a plăcut și faptul că am avut două rânduri de chei. Pentru încălzire există aeroterme, însă nu le-am folosit. Paturile sunt foarte confortabile. Am avut suficiente consumabile ( prosoape, hârtie, săpun și șampon, burete de vase nou).

Gresia din apartament este foarte rece în această perioadă din an și ne-ar fi fost extrem de utili papuci pentru interior. Si, deasemenea, am remarcat că nu s-a intrat în intervalul de patru nopți pentru curățenie. Pe noi nu ne-a deranjat și este posibil să se facă pentru sejururi mai lungi.

We expected it to be nice from the pictures, but it definitely was above that. Big, spacious, clean, and renovated. Everything needed for a very pleasant stay. We were able to get a free lockerroom in a nearby street (they have more apartments), and it was very convenient that we did not have to bring stuff with us on the last day (we had a late flight). Thank you for that.

The street is not the nicest, to be honest, but it is close to the centre. There is no view from the apartment (it is on the first floor, looking to ugly building across the narrow street), so if you do not need one, you will be ok. The other bedroom has a window to the inner patio, so not much daylight. We visited in January, so the air condition in the living room was not enough to make the entire space warm enough; maybe extra air conditioning in the master bedroom would help. I assume the summers here are more pleasant.
