The location was perfect. The railway station was an easy 15 minute walk and tram station just a few minutes walk. The airport bus stopped every 15 mins directly across the road. The Central Mercado was across the road. Bars restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk. The beach and marina are also only a short walk away. The apartment had a great balcony for people watching and comfortable seating inside. The bed in the main bedroom is a king size and comfortable. Francisca is friendly, accommodating and is easy to contact.
There was nothing we didn’t like and we would have given a ten had the kitchen facilities been more user friendly e.g. the oven.

Апартамент конечно не новый, старая мебель, старый ремонт, но идеально чисто и очень ухоженная квартира. Свежее белье и полотенца. Интересный интерьер, в своём стиле. Кондиционеры есть во всех комнатах. Много антикварных вещичек. Прекрасный вид из балкона, можно пить кофе и вино с видом на центральную улицу. Расположение супер 10 из 10, лучшая локация. Все рядом, достопримечательности города в пешей доступности. Хозяйка сеньора Франциска встречает лично, всё рассказывает и показывает. Хочу заметить, что хозяйка требует паспортные данные, для нас это не было проблемой и мы предоставили свои документы. Есть отличная посудомоечная машина, большой холодильник. Квартира имеет две просторные ванные комнаты. Сеньора Франциска предоставила нам уютную детскую кроватку и стул для кормления годовалого ребенка.
Кухня неудобная для приготовления еды. Нет рабочей зоны и розеток рядом. Меня беспокоил газовый балон на кухне, так как плита для приготовления еды газовая, но это часто встречается в Аликанте.

Great location close to the central market.
Front room can be a bit noisy as it faces onto the main road, but the bedrooms are quiet.
Enjoyed the balcony overlooking the street.
Short walk into the restaurant area and onto the waterfront.
Owner is responsive.
AC in living room and bedroom.
Kitchen is basic, so not great if you intend to do a lot of cooking.
