The apartment was clean, well-located, and overall comfortable. The host responded quickly to messages, was polite, and communication was professional throughout our stay. Parking in the area can be difficult, which is understandable in a large city, but there is a nearby parking garage that was convenient and helpful.

During our stay, we found a cockroach in one of the bedrooms and in the bathroom, which was a very unpleasant experience for us and made us uncomfortable using those areas. Although the host explained that this can occasionally happen in central Alicante despite regular pest control treatment, we did not feel that being offered to move out if we were unhappy was a real solution for us. In the end, we decided to stay because we did not want to interrupt our holiday with the stress of moving to another apartment. There was also a constant musty smell in the apartment, although airing out the rooms helped somewhat. In addition, the neighbors were quite noisy at times, which affected the overall comfort of our stay.

Precioso alojamiento, no le falta detalle, decoración muy cuidada. Te sientes como en casa.

Uno de los dormitorios tiene dos ventanas a la calle, aunque no me ha molestado el ruido, estaría bien que tuvieran persianas o cortinas que no dejen traspasar la luz a la hora de dormir para descansar mejor.
