Cleanest property we’ve ever stayed at. Nicely decorated. Exactly as in photos. Everything was very well thought-out. Had all the little details you would need for a comfy stay. Owner was very nice. He let us know quickly that we had forgotten some stuff in the apartment and made it very easy for us to be able to pick it up before our flight.

Everything was perfect.

Owners were cleaning obsessively using extremely harsh chemical products. The smell of the cleaning chemicals was so strong that it caused a severe headache, and even turning on the air conditioning didn't help. They were constantly cleaning the rooms of guests who had departed, as if people were only staying for a single night. The kitchen was completely impossible to use or eat in because they were cleaning it non-stop from 8:00 AM until around 1:00 PM. At one point, the cleaning lady was mopping the floor, trapping us inside our room, and ordered us to wait in the room until the floor dried. To make matters worse, we couldn't even get fresh towels on the second day; we had to wait until the third day of our stay. Furthermore, they have a strict rule of no noise and no showering after 10:00 PM, yet people from other rooms were constantly going to the toilet all night long, making noise and turning on lights. It felt like they live at night, and you simply do not have the peace to sleep. There is no point in extreme cleanliness if it only brings constant noise and unrest. "Good Energy" is just a name, the actual energy here is totally the opposite.
