VILLA San Juan PLAYA Alicante

La Villa es preciosa y tiene todo lo necesario para poder disfrutar de unas buenas vacaciones. Todo estaba muy limpio y en buen estado, y el trato con el que nos recibieron muy bueno. Muy recomendable.

Sijainti on loistava, rauhallinen asuinalue. Kauppa, ravintolat ja ranta lähellä. Allas oli siisti ja hyvin huollettu. Asunnossa oli useampi viilentävä ilmalämpöpumppu.

Asioita, huonekaluja, vessanpönttöjä ja rakenteita (mm.ovia ja lukkoja) oli rikki. Vain yhdestä kylpyhuoneesta tuli lämmintä vettä. Yhden huoneen sänky oli retkipatja lavetilla, joka narisi.

Great pool & BBQ-area at the house. Short walk to beach, store, train and restaurants.

No dinner table big enough for all to sit, but we improvised to sit 11p.

The host was great. It is a great house with a lot of potential. Beautiful pool but the house need a lot of repairs. It is very close to the beach.

The house need repairs. When showered in the downstairs bathroom the water leaked all the way to the hallway. The kitchen was a mess. The counter top is broken. The refrigerator was leaking into de kitchen floor. When we got there there was not heat, the house was frizzing. We lost the power twice because of electrical problems. We had an ant attack in the kitchen and the bedroom downstairs. The kitchen chairs were broken, the sofa was also broken. There were 8 of us and only 6 chairs. It is not what the pictures show. We cannot recommend it; overpriced for the quality offered.
