The house is located in one of the best residential areas, and quiet of Alicante, on a large street
not noisy and close to the sea, in the vicinity you can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pubs, urban buses, trams, taxis, etc.
The house is divided into 2 independent apartments. The ground floor entering the garden, has living room with sofa bed (2 places), double bedroom, kitchen (complete), bathroom more shower for disabled guests, television, air conditioning, wireless etc.
On the first floor, up the stairs, we find a terrace and access to the second home, which has a large living room (for 10 people maximum), television, computer, wi-fi, full kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher) , washing machine), two full bathrooms one equipped with Jacuzzi, 3 bedrooms (The main one with double bed possibility of air conditioning, fan and mosquito nets, the second with two single beds of 90 cm also with fan and mosquito net, the third two single beds 90 cm, with fan and mosquito nets), both can sleep 9 or 10 people
In the private garden, barbecue multipurpose (with all the equipment) we have, wooden terrace table with capacity for 10 people, stone table with capacity for 6 people, playground equipped with trampoline for children, 7 bicycles, billiards and table football , indoor pool (extra cleaning), sun loungers, plants, water fountain, flowers, trees
In addition, the house has everything you need for your holiday, such as: Shopping cart, shampoos, bath gels, beach umbrellas, bath towels, beach towels, cutlery, bedding and basic supplies to facilitate your arrival .

Two kitchens in the property. Both fully equipped and owners had put plenty of stuff including water milk eggs beer and other things. Very well organized Emilio and his wife the friendliest of people you can meet. Very caring and looked after us well. House was clean and secure. Poll was well maintained. Overall one of our best holiday accommodation in the last 10 years visiting Alicante.

Excellent villa with plenty of space for 9 of us. Close to bars and the beach.Excellent tram service a short walk away and easy to use.The hosts were extremely helpful and provided us with everything we needed.One of our party needed to go to the local hospital and the hosts took us there and stayed with us,going in with my daughter who was given a prescription for medicine and cream. They then drove us to a 24 hour chemist and then dropped us back at the villa.As hosts they went over and beyond to help us.The booking and correspondence was efficient.

We were a family with three children (8, 5 and 4 months) travelling together with their grandparents. The two separate apartments provided the ideal place for us to stay together while still having our own space. The outdoors area was ideal for small children as there was ample shade at all times of the day. However, it is also set up so that there will also be areas in the sun at all times.The location is in a quiet residential area, but it is a very quick and easy trip to the city centre by tram. It is also easy to travel north up the coast by tram to benidorm, with the beach only a few minutes away too. The set up is lovely and feels like a real home from home. There was a play area with streets and an airport marked out, along with toy cars and planes which our 5 year old loved. And our 8 year old loved the foosball table and basketball hoop and balls. The pool was small but very good, being warm and the ability to easily close the pool was advantageous with small children. Emilio was a brilliant host and nothing was too much for him. While his English was limited (as is my Spanish!), he was able to understand us, and he provided so much to us at no extra charge, including :Bringing my parents on a short drive to familiarise them with the area on their arrival (they arrived before us),Providing a welcome pack on arrival at no charge, including food, beer, water and toiletries from toothbrush and toothpaste to razors,Driving my parents to the airport after our stay, Providing a cot and high chair for our baby, I would have no hesitation recommending the apartment which is spacious and full of things to do with a great outdoor area. And Emilio and his wife were the perfect hosts.
