Great location and apartment had everything we needed
Only thing missing in penthouse was a sofa. Only having 4 small chairs wasn’t ideal for 5 people

Excellent location, easy to access, staff really helpful, comfy beds, great shower.
Mugs chipped, a few nicer ones would have been good, terrace cute but couldn't use as smell of cat urine really bad. Never had to pay a deposit before and lost out due to exchange rate and bank charges so cost me over £10 to log a deposit. Would have been better to log card details and only deduct if there were any issues.

Location was good
Cold dirty bed sheets dirty shower tray windows did not close properly and was very noisy. Cold for the time of year and only 1 blanket for 2 beds. No where to bring rubbish and stale musty unwashed smell
