Location, equipment.
The floor was so dusty, dirty that finally we cleaned it with the equipment already provided by the apartment. They required the security deposit (200 EUR) via WhatsApp, from an unkown number just sending a link. I'd prefer contacting via booking.com while the reservation happened to be there. It would be nice if there were enough place for the clothes.

When the hair dryer broke the guys bought a new one To our apartment within 30 mins. We didn’t doing any cooking but Lovley kitchen and coffee machine. Good size fridge and freezer.
