Alicante center 100 m. from beach

La casa molto grande e spaziosa. Molto caldo nelle camere ma provvista di due condizionatori e ventilatori.

En dejlig og rustik lejlighed med alle fornødenheder. Nænsomt renoveret og med egen fantastisk tagterrasse med udsigt til havet. 3. sal uden elevator, men en behagelig trappe. Beliggenheden midt i Alicantes gamle bydel lige under Borgen på bjerget fås ikke bedre. 5 minutters gang til byens dejlige badestrand. 3 minutters gang til bylivet i den gamle bydel. Caféer og restauranter i massevis. Lokalbefolkningen er flest. Vi turister fylder heldigvis ikke det hele. Vi blev godt modtaget af Javier, og der var stor hjælpsomhed med at finde os til rette. Kun aircondition i to soveværelser. Det ville have været rart med aircondition i det tredie soveværelse også. Ikke den billigste feriebolig, men jeg anbefaler den varmt. Svend

The views from the terrace were beautiful and may be the only VRBO that has a view of the castle and of the sea. We were visiting our son who was a student at the university and traveled with two other American couples. Two couples stayed in the penthouse and one in a small apt. on the first floor. There was only A/C in two of the bedrooms. The house is charming but a bit rustic especially the bathrooms and the kitchen. If you stay in the penthouse there is no elevator and it is on the fifth floor. I give this house 5 stars because of the location and the penthouse terrace. A walk to the market in the morning to buy items to cook in the evening was a real treat. Daytime we explored the city, late afternoons were spent at the beach before we returned home to cook, great meals on the terrace. Bars and restaurants are a stones throw away! It really is a perfect location to explore Alicante.
