Anfitrión muy amable, siempre atento; todo limpio, la ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de la playa y de los restaurantes. Detalles como el vino de bienvenida y los botellines de agua se agradecen; el aire acondicionado perfecto, nunca pasamos calor. Muchas Gracias!

Sólo que es un poquito incómodo cuando se abre el sofá cama porque no hay espacio para pasar entre la mesa y el mismo, pero nada que no se pueda solucionar, moviendo las sillas. Recomiendo que pongan una mesas batiente y sillas plegable 🙌🏻 así se gana el espacio.

Location location location. Apartment was ok. Bed was comfy. Washing machine and clothes airer good. Nothing much else. A complimentary bottle of wine and 2 lollipops and 2 small rolls of loo paper and one days worth of soap and shampoo

The smell of the whole building block (all floors) was the smell of the street. The bathroom was bad and the air fresheners in all the rooms didn’t help. We opened windows and shut the bathroom door the whole time we stayed. We had issues on the first night trying to cook. We contacted the “person” and after awhile it was a case of dealing with AI. The AI actually sent me laughing emojis when I said my dinner was not cooking! Finally I asked for a “human” and got onto someone however our dinner wasn’t cooking and it wasn’t fixed until the next day when they sent us instructions (note there are no instructions and we were told they sent all instructions in the “welcome pack”. That was never received and when I said that no one sent us one we still didn’t get one anyway). We were told to use the microwave yet there were no containers to put in 500ml of liquid into the microwave so that was useless. Lots of little things just felt wrong. Toilet seat broken. Light above mirror flickered all the time. Shower leaked out through the bathroom into the main room (obviously been doing it awhile as there was silicone everywhere and bathroom door was rotted). 2 very tiny rolls of toilet paper (we were told that was a welcome pack after that you get your own yet it states toilet paper is provided). But we did get a complimentary bottle of wine and a lollipop. If I had dealt with a person I would have overlooked a lot of this but an automated response AI (because they have to deal with a lot of people on their site) is just not on. And the messages we got. Soooo many. Even now asking me to give them a good rating because it’s their livelihood… because of this experience we are sticking to hotels where we deal with humans and not robots. Which is a shame because we have stayed in some fabulous places.
