Great location, and helpful host - Miguel was great!
A bit outdated, and elevator slightly unreliable

Couldn't fault anything. Location is superb. Easily accessible with choice of 2 elevators to 3rd floor. Kitchen had everything you need. Very clean. A/C worked perfectly. Balcony big enough for 3 people to sit out.
Nothing we did not like

Location. Close to beach, stores, restaurants and public transportation.
Not enough towels provided for the expected people to arrive. Street noise, bathrooms mold, beds not made it, issues with the locks to the front door.
