Beautiful apartment on the Rambla in Alicante, perfectly equipped for an unforgettable stay. Enjoy stunning views from the living room and balconies of the Explanada and the harbor, and from the bedrooms of the Portal de Elche and the Rambla. Located in the Old Town on Calle del Ayuntamiento, just a 2-minute walk from the beach. Surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, outdoor cafes, ice cream shops, and parks.
The Layout
Entryway and Living Room:
Upon entering, you’ll find an entryway leading to a 75 m² living-dining room connected to a semi-open kitchen. The dining room features a large round marble table for 6 people and a bay window overlooking the harbor. The living area features a large 4-seater sofa, two recliners, and a 75-inch 4K TV with internet and national channels. It also includes a desk area, a reading nook, and a balcony overlooking the avenue, the esplanade, and the harbor.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of cookware (frying pans, pots, teppanyaki grill, etc.) and tableware. It features a refrigerator, freezer, induction cooktop, dishwasher, oven, microwave, wine cooler, coffee maker, toaster, and a marble kitchen island with two stools, as well as a display cabinet with a wine cooler that connects the two living areas.
Bedrooms and bathrooms:
It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms:
- Master suite: 180x200 bed, balcony with views of the boulevard and the ficus trees in the plaza, walk-in closet area, and a private bathroom with double sinks, soft towels, a rain showerhead, and a large freestanding bathtub.
- Double bedroom: Two single beds, a large closet, access to the balcony, and views of the ficus trees at the Portal de Elche.
- Additional bathroom: Spacious shower, toilet, and double sink.
Laundry room:
Includes a washer, dryer, cleaning supplies, and a sink with access to a freight elevator.
Amenities and common areas
The apartment has two elevators and two entrances, both with security doors. All windows are triple-glazed and equipped with opening sensors to ensure maximum comfort and sound insulation. The suite is equipped with double triple-glazed windows, ensuring absolute silence. It features hot/cold air conditioning and high-speed 5G Wi-Fi (1 Gb). It also features smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
Amenities include shower gel, shampoo, soap, bath salts, and soft bath and beach towels. Breakfast is included and features various types of coffee, single-serve milk, jams, honey, instant cocoa, herbal teas, tea, sugar, and bottled water.
