The position ,beeing close to all tourist attractions, within walking distance.
Frist that was a studio not an apartment as listed. Not sure if prices are the same for all room, but I think this is wrong .
The photos online are a mixture from all rooms.
Now related with the studio 3B which was my room . There was no view over the sea or over the city , when you open the windows/ doors only could see the next building . There were no courtins on that side and you could've been seen by the people from the other building.
The wooden blinds were way to old, as well as the bathroom window.
There was only a rack and a bare to hang off your clothes and if you cook something all your clothes will smell of what you cooked.
The towels- were worn , rough, and the white was mostly grey , definitely need an upgrade.
Nothing in the bathroom to hang your face towel.
The shower drain blocked , ok for a quick shower but I washed my hair on the last night , nearly flood the bathroom , need it to stop the shower few times to let the water drain.
The bed linen- hate the fact as there was no proper duvet sheet, the duvet was place between the plain bed linen which never stayed in place.
One of the pillow case was mouldy, got photo of you want to see.
All corners off the room were dusty , hairy, as well as the boom.
There were no information in English at all about anything. Ex: about rubbish ,if they reclicle or were the bins outside.
NO WORTH THE MONEY.
For 606 euros for 5 nights I did expect a better quality room, even more not on holiday season even.

Location
Smaller than expected. Needs a little TLC. Also would of been nice to have access to a smart TV to be able to use netflix etc

The style of the room was ideal for two people .. no more..
We had everything we wanted there... examples.. soap..shampoo.. hair dryer.. iron and ironing board..toaster.. kettle.. bed was very comfortable.. and very thoughtful of two styles of pillows... hard and soft.. clothes hanging area spot on...i appreciated the room was ready a couple of hours early for us... thank you for that.. fantastic area for restauraunts beach etv.
I rang....texted and e.mailed the owner and booking .com.. loads of times for certain reasons and didnt have one reply.... when we walked in thr room stunk of sewer drains... very unpleasant.. so we bought air fresheners... the bathroom floor vynyl is badly worn and needs replacing...
Heavy mould on bottom of glass doors and shower tray.. which the grouting has come away and dirty.. with beetles (small) coming out.. the glass round light over the sink is thick with dust/dirt but not as much ad the bathroom ceiling fan...
Saw the ear plugs and blindfolds at the side of the bed and thought what is coming..
People flushing the toilets at night was quite loud and must be piped through the corner of the bathroom!!!.. i realise you cant do much about it apart from heavily lag around the pipes...
The windows I feel need blinds as the outside light/lantern is very bright at night and kept me awake several times.. just blinds are all it needs and if future guests want to use them they can...
The emegency green light above the floor is also bright..
I wouldnt want to sleep with the ear plugs in or blinkers on at night..
The light wire over the sink had fallen through the ceiling before we arrived and was very low over the sink..
IT SOUNDS LIKE A LOT OF COMPLAINING ... but we did like our stay but certain simple things need to be addressed if we are to return...
..
