Duplex Top Nuevo Terraza Centro

It was a little house! For some reason I was expecting a flat. Great directions easy to find. Perfect location for town and beach. Great to get some restaurant recommendations. 2 double rooms on 2 separate floors, each with it's own bathroom- perfect for 2 friends- as we were- or 2 couples. We loved the comfortable terrace that caught the sun all day from mid morning. Very clean and comfortable. Would recommend and stay again.

The amount of communication was overwhelming- 22 messages on booking.com- each one also becomes an email. Most of them repeats. 8 more on whatsApp and a text. It became really hard to find the necessary info. Please respect your guest's time and inbox! The living room and sofa was only ok if the weather had been bad. We appreciated the cleaning supplies and a few sachets of salt and coffee. We had to buy more salt, balsamic and olive oil- it would have been good to have a few more basic supplies - even things left by others.

Op zich in potentie mooi. Jammer dat er niets gezegd was door het verhuurbedrijf over langdurige werkzaamheden in de buurt. Er was doorlopend lawaai van zeer luide slijptollen, waardoor we alleen met oordopjes op het terras konden zitten. We hebben het verhuurbedrijf geappt. Er kwam een automatisch antwoord met “just a sec”. Nooit meer antwoord op gekregen. Als we het geweten hadden, hadden we iets anders geboekt. De werkzaamheden waren nog lang niet klaar. Dagen later kregen we doodleuk een automatisch bericht of we een goede beoordeling wilden achterlaten… Het heeft het cijfer dus wel wat beïnvloed. Alicante was heel charmant, dat wel.
