We stayed in this unit for 5 days in late October. Everything was top notch - from initial check-in (we were early but still able to drop off bags and get a quick tour) to ease of check out (host contacted us the day before to reserve a taxi service for us..).
We had some initial confusion with the hot tub but Lourdes (property manager) was very responsive and helpful and got it taken care of right away. The unit was well appointed and very clean. The views are phenomenal and location cannot be beat. I would highly recommend and would stay here again next time we visit Alicante. The worst part of the experience was knowing we had to leave!

This apartment is unique. In one of the newest buildings in Albufera, it commands a stupendous view of the sea. The space is a bit tight, but the open design of the living/dining/kitchen space, facing the sea, makes the place feel bigger than it is. The two bedrooms have great views, and for us it was great to have two full baths. The hot tub up top was a huge hit with our grown boys.
It's a bit of a hike down to the old neighborhood, with its restaurants and cafes, but we enjoyed the daily walk. With the tram stop right across the street, we were able to head into Alicante or out to Playa de San Juan with ease.
Ramon met us at the gate and guided us down to the parking garage (a huge plus). Our hosts were truly gracious and accommodating. Lourdes put up with countless email queries, as we prepared for our stay; Ramon gave us a great guided tour of the apartment; and Javi took precious time to help us with our bags and check us out.
We loved this place and truly enjoyed our stay. It was a wonderful place begin our Alicante adventure.
