Spacious.
Nearly zero natural light in the apartment. No warning that major building works were underway next door. Very humid and poor smell inside. Uncomfortable pillows (asked to change but wasn’t possible). No personal welcome/interaction with host. Extremely expensive given the above.

Three nights in Spoleto
Alan, the owner, was very helpful. He kept in touch and arranged a taxi for us. We had read that the music from the bar downstairs was noisy at night however it was not an issue for us, and we were not disturbed.. Washing machine great.
A microwave would be an asset to the apartment.

Posizione perfetta per accedere alle scale mobili o per tornare a piedi. In casa era tutto nuovo e funzionante. Comodo avere un divano ed una grande TV, specie in inverno.

Ottima posizione all'ingresso del centro storico e vicino al percorso meccanizzato per raggiungere il duomo e la rocca
La camera da letto non ha una vera finestra, ma una porta che affaccia su un vano di servizio con scarsa possibilità di areazione. Non è stato un problema perché il clima era ancora freddo, ma in estate credo faccia molto caldo. Materasso molto duro, bagno vecchiotto. Camere poco illuminate, sia dalla luce naturale che artificiale
