Exceptional in respect of view, terrasse, garden, furniture, space and landlord care

This Appartement offers various exceptional things which we have not found yet before in other places: - Charming ambiance due to the Italian luxury style furniture and the spacious rooms + bathroom - amazing view over the little Harbour of Fezzano and the whole Golfe di Poeti and the mountains around - lovely garden and a huge Terrasse with table, sunbeds and a parasol - This pittoreske village is, in contrast to the Cinque Terre villages, not touristic but typical Italian. - Very kind landlord Greta and Mirca who will join our trips next time - Ideal starting point to trips to close famous Portovenere, La Spezia, Lerici and boats to cinque Terre - Restaurant and a beach (small stones) close by - Spacious, well equipped kitchen - included safe car parking - Small supermarket for all belongings close by

Internet was broken due to thunderstorm. But quick replacement by mobile internet by Greta The first days of exceptional rain, but then found the anti Moskito candle

Fantastic and fully recommend this beautiful apartment with breathtaking views!

Greta and Mirca were so very welcoming and provided detailed answers to all our questions. The view and location of the apartment are AMAZING!!! Lovely local supermarket very nearby selling delicious foods for lunch (meats, tarts, cheeses, focaccia, fresh fruit and veg etc) as well as local bus tickets. Amazing fruit trees at the property. Delicious seafood restaurants just down below the property. Just a fabulous relaxing week! Thank you

The kitchen could have maybe had more equipment in it as being a family, we cooked several meals at “home” but we still managed very well. Also shame there wasn’t a stand up shower but again we still managed well in the bath.

We had an amazing time at Mirca’s place. The house is very clean with all amenities available. Easy check in with a parking provided Mirca is an exceptional host she made us feel at home. We would definitely come back!

Peace and quiet in a very beautiful apartment

We highly recommend this apartment ! First of all the apartment itself is beautifully furnished and just spotless clean. The garden is also very nice. The view is simply unforgettable! Secondly, we really liked the location - Fezzano is very quiet and peaceful , it is far from the crowds of tourists, but all tourist places can be reached by bus very quickly - the bus stop is right under the house. There is a shop with everything you may need across the road, and there are several restaurants right under the windows on the embankment. And thirdly, the hostess Mirca is very friendly and nice. She is always happy to help you with advice.

Great accommodation, dream location - highly recommended.

It is a dream location, the apartment has stunning panoramic view over the bay from your bedroom. The apartment is exceptional, calm, very nicely furnished and comfortable with big terrace to have your breakfast or dinner. The garden is very nice with orange and lemon trees. Hosts are very friendly and helpful, it was a dream holiday. You have good access to cinque terre villages and plenty things to do in the surroundings (beach, hiking). We were there in April - kids were even swimming on nearby beaches. Local grocery just across the street.

Idéal pour une halte sur la côte ligure

L’emplacement sur le port de Fezzano, à proximité immédiate de l’arrêt de bus pour Portovenere, la vue sur la baie, la terrasse et le jardin à l’arrière de la maison, la possibilité d’une place de parking couverte et gratuite à 5 mn de l’appartement, la disponibilité et l’accueil de l’hôte, le confort de la literie, la climatisation utile en cette période chaude et humide

L’équipement de la cuisine est un plutôt minimaliste, et le réfrigérateur est un peu fatigué (il a du mal à refroidir autant qu’il le faudrait malgré sa petite taille), mais il y a des tavernes très agréables sur le port.

Vi hadde fem veldig fine dager i boligen og området rundt. Veldig hyggelig utleier som selv bor i etasjen under.

Romslig og rent. Nydelig utsikt fra soverommet. Aircondition i alle oppholdsrom. Veldig hyggelig og behjelpelig vertinne. Gratis parkering i parkeringshus. Busstopp og matbutikk rett ved boligen. Fezzano er en koselig liten landsby med en liten strand og noen koselige restauranter i havna. Det en fin base for utflukter til Cinque Terre og Portovenere.

En del trafikk på veien som ligger ovenfor boligen men ikke noe som plaget oss.

Magnifique

Au calme à Fezzano avec un petit jardin, très confortable et très propre. Bonne literie. Petit magasin en face, restaurants juste en bas. Propriétaires très sympas.

Presque rien : - manquent quelques équipements dans la cuisine (récipient, bols, saladiers, plus de casseroles) - attention de bien connaître les arrêts de bus à l’aller et au retour car le bus ne s’arrête pas à la gare centrale de la Spezia mais à 8min à pied - je n’ai pas pu ouvrir les rideaux qui bloquent la vue mer magnifique dans la grande chambre.

Perfecte stijlvolle uitvalsbasis voor Cinque Terre

De accommodatie is geweldig. Het is schoon, bedden liggen heerlijk, kamer kijkt uit over het gezellige plein en de marina en in de tuin kun je heerlijk zitten en zelf je sinaasappels en limoenen plukken om te persen. De beheerders zijn lief, behulpzaam en reageren supersnel.
