Great place nice views
The place is spacious and has amazing views. Having a dedicated parking spot is awesome which can be rather difficult. Ideal for people traveling by car. I believe there is a bus stop very close because I saw people walking with rolling suitcases along the main road with zero shoulders but I cannot confirm that since I am traveling by car.
First, the check-in process using an app was a nightmare. Inputting all the information for each guest was a real pain. Second the property owner purposely has the address pinned to an incorrect location. I even went so far as to correct it on Google maps and it was quickly changed back to an incorrect location. In our bedroom there were many lamps but the were mostly there for decoration as they were not plugged into outlets, and we were not able to find any. Walking from here felt very unsafe because you are walking along a very busy road with zero shoulders. 44.078700,9.829366 Here are the actual coordinates for the parking spot. The unit is on the left as you pull in. If you have mobility issues, this place can be a challenge. Lots of steps. Very limited dining options so we opted to drive back to La Spezia.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht so nah vorhanden. Am Wasser kann man nicht sehr lang spazieren, es ist nur ein kurzer Abschnitt.

Detalles que marcan la diferencia.
Muy buena la comunicación con el/la anfitrión/a, ubicación bastante buena cerca del puerto, pero para llegar a la zona del casco histórico hay que conducir un rato, no se puede llegar a pie porque está la zona militar (o no supimos cómo), una casa muy agradable y con todo lo necesario.
La limpieza podía ser mejor, había pelusas en los armarios, el cajón de los cubiertos lo limpiamos nosotros y por supuesto todos los cubiertos. Así como la cocina, antes de utilizar nada, compramos un desinfectante y trapos. Por si acaso, los sanitarios y duchas también los limpiamos. La cafetera se veía sucia. Algunos pequeños detalles que marcan la diferencia, un armario enorme pero sin estantería o cajones para guardar la ropa, ningún gancho para colgar los abrigos o las toallas, en la bañera no había cabezal de ducha, por lo que no pude bañar bien a mi bebé, lo tuve que hacer en la ducha, las cuales son súper pequeñas. El secador de pelo estaba estropeado.
