Fantastic appartment with great view

Comfortable spacious appartment with a fantastic view over the bay of La Spezia. Private parking, balcony with view over La Spezia, additional private terrasse on the other side of the appartment, where we could also park our ebikes. Francesca, the host, gave us a warm welcome and helpful tips for our holiday.

Everything was perfect. Just the not finished house next to the appartment disturbes a little bit the panoramic view, but there was no work ongoing.

Great view

Everything was perfect! The apartment fully matched the photos. The view from the window was stunning. We especially appreciated having two terraces — it was great to be able to switch between them depending on the sun throughout the day. Very spacious, beautifully renovated, and spotlessly clean. The area is peaceful and quiet. Highly recommended!

The view from the apartment is amazing, all over the area. the apartment is big, the kitchen is well equipped and the entire interior design is very nice. the bathroom is huge, very clean and everything you need inside. the bed is very comfortable the area is quiet

the only minus I see for the property is that is reachable only by car and the closest supermarket is at 5-10 min driving. you have to bring your food and drink, we had no drinking water in the apartment (you should give at least 2 bottles of water for the guests at arrival).

Beautiful vista outside of La Spezia

The view was amazing and the apartment perfect for three adults. Francesca was very helpful upon arrival. While a little out of the way from Cinque Terre, it was an easy drive to the La Spezia train to then reach the other coastal cities and be outside of the tourist fray. Would highly recommend!

Excellent Stay! Great place with nice view.

The whole property was in great condition! We particularly enjoyed having breakfast with the great view at the balcony. Sufficient utilities for cooking and laundry, bed and pillows were clean and comfy. Very good cleaningness!

Mild noise during daytime (8am-5pm) from the construction site adjacent to the apartment, it doesn't affect the view and sleep.

The appartment is wowwwww, well modern decorated, private parking , close to the villages on the mountains and to the city of la spezia. We enjoyed every minute , loved the gorgious view , and highly recommand for enyone 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

Beautiful sea view of La Spezia

The view from the apartment is stunning, I honestly booked it because it was a modern place with a beautiful sea view, that is all I cared about. The apartment is spacious, has good natural light, and modern furniture. Wireless phone chargers in the room are available. Also, they provide a phone during your stay to make national and international calls for free. Overall great experience, needs to do a few improvements and it would be perfect!

The couch is not comfortable unless you request the host to open it and make it a bed. It is a sofa bed. If you sit on it when is closed, you keep sliding down. The shower head holder would not stay all the way up, so you need to move it up, again and again during your shower, to keep it in place. We also had some issues with the garage door, which did not properly work during our stay.

Nothing to do with the place but La Spezia doesn't have enough taxi's so if you're not driving you just need some patience (and get your taxi from the train station)

Words can’t truly describe what a great time we had…

The view was just mesmerising! The house was furnished with style and great choice of modern and artistic elements. It wasn’t just well decorated, it was actually comfortable and it made us feel like at home! We thank you Francesca very much! you made our stay and visit of la Spezia, cinque terre and Lerici so much more special and pleasant.

It is wonderful apartment and have amazing view. The apartment is super clean and comfortable! Francesca is friendly and gave us many tips . There is a nice Italy restaurant which takes 6 mins by car. It is taking 25 mins to Porto Venere and 15 mins to Manarola. We spent so great time. Love it!!!!

Mesmerizing view, kind and lovely host

Mesmerizing view of the ocean, overlooking the la spezia port from the living/dining room is worth the money, the rest is just bonus. Francesca is a kind and lovely host who made us feel right at home at this modern and stylish apartment. We enjoyed the terrace and balcony everyday.

Wifi was kinda slow but host made sure they are trying all options to keep.us connected. Parking might feel tight for large cars.

Francesca is a really friendly host. The apartment exceeded our expectations: the view over the La Spezia Harbour is beautiful, the apartment is clean and everything is new. There is only high quality furniture on the apartment. The apartment is located between La Spezia and Cinque Terre, for us it was ideal to spend some days at the beach, visit Cinque Terre but also Firenze and Pisa. The car can be parked in the yard.

Séjour très agréable et relaxant.

La vue, la tranquillité, parking privé permettant de rentrer avec un coffre de toit, les équipements ( machine à laver, les essuie de bain, cuisine bien équipée) les différents conseils de restaurant et plages à visiter, la réactivité de la propriétaire, la proximité au centre ville.

Schönes und modern eingerichtetes Appartement mit toller Aussicht

Sehr schönes und großes Appartement, Balkon mit toller Aussicht und obendrauf eine große Terasse, eigener Parkplatz im Hof. Sehr gut und modern ausgestattet, Klimaanlage sowohl im Schlafzimmer als auch Wohnzimmer. Toller Empfang und Kommunikation während des Aufenthalts.

Aufgrund der (schönen) Lage außerhalb der Stadt ist die Stadt gut nur mit PKW erreichbar und der Parkplatz am Bahnhof, für Züge in die Cinque Terre, ist dabei vgl. schnell voll. Dafür kann allerdings das Appartement nichts.

Dommage qu’il y avait des travaux juste à côté qui gâchaient la vue de la terrasse (voir photo) Second bémol il faut prendre la voiture pour tout car c’est tour de même retiré

Si vas a conocer Cinque Terre o solo queres descansar este lugar es Recomendadisimo por la ubicación, las instalaciones más que hermosa, amplio, silencioso superó mis expectativas y la anfitriona EXELENTE nos ayudo con todo desde antes de nuestra llegada hasta el último segundo volvería otra vez sin dudarlo
