May was an amazing host - incredibly kind, friendly, and caring throughout our stay. Communication with her was excellent from the very beginning, and she was always helpful and responsive. She gave us great advice on how to get to Porto Venere by public transport, which made our trip much easier. The apartment was extremely clean, comfortable, and looked even better than in the photos. We also loved the balcony with a great view of the street. The location was fantastic, with shops, restaurants, and everything we needed just a few steps away. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we felt very well taken care of.
Nothing - everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay.

L’appartement est beau, propre, bien décoré, sent bon et est chaleureux.
Les équipements sont supers, tout est disponible et parfait!
Note spéciale au sujet de la propriétaire: elle est tellement gentille, serviable, à l’écoute des moindres besoins de ses locataires, juste pour cela elle mérite une mention parfaite et plus encore. Nous avons eu besoin qu’elle effectue des réservations et elle les a fait en demandant un extra pour que nous soyons satisfaits. Merci!
La seule chose que j’ai trouvé moins accommodante est que l’appartement est au dernier étage. Mais c’est tellement confortable et propre que j’y retournerai malgré les escaliers.

The host was wonderful and had patience with us using the automated doors. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated and had everything you need.
We knew there were stairs, but didn't know there are 78 stairs to get inside the unit. That's on me though because I didn't ask how many stairs there are.
