Lovely stay in beautiful Bologna

Marco was a wonderful host! He was friendly and happy to chat, while also being respectful of guest’ privacy. He served an excellent breakfast with delicious coffee and shared great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit in the beautiful city of Bologna. The room and private bathroom had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you, Marco!

During my stay, Marco was a very kind and thoughtful host. He also helped me with a lot of useful information and recommendations about what to visit, where to eat and how to get there. And as a bonus for a single traveler, I think that having the possibility to keep in touch with local person makes your trip more comfortable and more relaxed.

B&B Markone Bologna Center is located in the lively residential part of the centre of Bologna, close to the park and the Museum of Modern Art. The grocery shop is nearby, and the walk to the city centre, which is a pleasant experience by itself, takes around 10 minutes. Marco is the most pleasant host I have ever seen. He speaks English well, was always supportive, proactive with suggestions, and has a solution to any problem. When I go to Bologna, will definitely stay there one more time.

Absolutely fantastic breakfast..With terrific cappacino. Very healthy foods, fresh fruit, juices, savory, freshly baked coissant and home made carrot cake..on a scale of 1-10 A DEFINITE 10

First of all, you must pay attention that this is a room and not all the appartment , and the host is remain in his appartment. Beside of that, Marco was very kind and clean host. He gave me enough privacy so i didnt feel any security issues. He made a lovely breakfast by himself. Explained everything at the entrace, helped me with information about the area.

The only thing i missed in the room was a big mirror. But there is a face mirror at your private bath. The matress of the single bed was not comfortable for me and i didnt sleep so good at night, but maybe i used to my matress at home... I didnt like the area so much at night..

Marco was a very thoughtful and discreet host who made the visit very comfortable and hassle-free. The breakfast was an impressive spread every day- warmly recommended.

I probably should have picked a room a little closer to my work at the university, however I enjoyed the walking "commute" each day. I also hadn't realized I would share an apartment, though that arrangement turned out to be very satisfactory.

The breafast is prepared by the owner Macro and it was just really really nice! The owner Macro is a very nice, politely and kind guy and whole staying in the hotel is really comfortable.

Für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt absolut empfehlenswert!

Alles ist sehr ordentlich, gepflegt und sauber. Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem richtig schönen Apartment, ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und hat eine tolle Aussicht. Der Gastgeber ist total nett und sympathisch und äußerst hilfsbereit. Von der Unterkunft sind es nur 10 Min zu Fuß ins Zentrum.

Wenn man etwas schwergewichtiger ist, ist möglicherweise das Bett nicht uneingeschränkt komfortabel. Außerdem ist die Lage nicht im eigentlichen Sinne ruhig. Wegen der sehr modernen Austtattung hört man zwar bei geschlossenen Fenstern quasi nichts, bei geöffneten Fenstern sollte man aber nicht zu geräuschempfindlich sein.

Un bon séjour dans un vrai B and B

Chambre avec salle de bain privative dans un logement privé. Le propriétaire Marco habite également dans le logement. Logement bien situé à 15 minutes de la Piazza Maggiore. Possibilité de parking payant via Marco dans la résidence, ou parking souterrain public et payant à proximité immédiate. Possibilité de se garer également sur les places bleus dans la rue avec paiement à l'horodateur.(ce que j'ai fait, c'est le moins cher) Le propriétaire Marco habite également dans le logement.Il est très sympathique et très discret. Je ne le croisais que le matin quand il me préparait le petit déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. (inclus dans le prix) Le logement est calme , bien équipé.... Salle de bain moderne (accès via le couloir en face la chambre). Je précise que j'ai bénéficié s'une offre promotionnelle booking de presque 50%. Le check out est à 10H.Les informations données par Marco sont en anglais mais très précises

Großes bequemes Zimmer, sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber; Top Lage, die Innenstadt in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar; Marco ist sehr nett, entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit - man bekommt jederzeit detaillierte Infos über alles, sogar ohne zu fragen!

Ein großes Minus an booking.com - In der Beschreibung der Unterkunft ist nicht ersichtlich, dass man die Wohnung eigentlich mit dem Gastgeber teilt - eine WG quasi. Diese Info bekommt man erst nach der Buchung (und Zahlung!). Das hätte man transparenter gestalten können.

Ho apprezzato in modo particolare la disponibilità e la cortesia del titolare della struttura - Marco - un perfetto "coinquilino" che mette a disposizione dell'ospite una stanza ampia e confortevole con un proprio bagno ad uso esclusivo, una rete wi-fi [gratuita] davvero eccellente e la possibilità di condividere gli spazi comuni di un appartamento di recentissima ristrutturazione, molto accogliente e in zona centrale. È lo stesso Marco a preoccuparsi della colazione, chiedendo a che ora si preferisce venga servita e se ci sono limitazioni o intolleranze di cui tener conto.
