Kintamani is stunning and tranquil and an area you must visit and the view from the roof top is worth the money on its own. We stayed in a two bedroom villa.
I travelled with my 81 year old father and he has excellent mobility and this was not too much of a problem, but if you have mobility issues, Batur Cozy has many cobblestones and steps (uneven). The lighting on the walkways at night is poor. This made for an interesting and sometimes scary walk.

Everything was perfect. The service couldn’t have been better — we felt completely at home. The owner and the entire staff provided exceptional care and hospitality, and we felt very well looked after throughout our stay. They helped us organize trips and transportation to the city center. Guests can also use a kayak on-site and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The villa was amazing, featuring a large private pool with hot thermal water.

- Floor is not singly leveled. Lots of up and down leveling, making an absent minded person like me prone to injury.

The villa has very nice decor, the gas fire and jacuzzi are a nice touch. An instagram dream. The temperature of the water is perfect and very relaxing. The manager Kadek was very attentive and responsive
There is no fridge in the villa and nowhere to sit except for a bench. I would suggest paving one of the vacant areas and adding a kitchen bench with a fridge under and some comfortable chairs. Also there is no TV and the projector only works at night. This villa is a long way from the centre of town. The view of the lake is from the roof up a flight of steep stairs. The restaurant is unattended and dogs and cats roam free. There are so many flies but no mosquitoes. There was an additional bed in our room which made it difficult to climb in and out of bed and there is nowhere to hang your clothes. Hand towels and face washers would be a nice touch.
