Alot of improvement needs to be done

The view was a win

Sudden blackout. Was informed by staff not to switch on aircon as it may cause the blackout. Too much insects. Pool do not have hot/warm water. With the weather and to dip in cold water? Not a good idea. Toilet water pressure was tooooo slowwww! Stayed there for a night and its enough for me. To stay there again? Might be not

Great stay

Great view and a really friendly and helpful staff. Opening breakfast earlier because we needed to leave more early and driving you anywhere you want. Also the pool and outdoor eating places were very nice.

The atmosphere was great and we noticed that they really tried their best to make a perfect place, but here and there the room had some maintenance to do.

Incredible local experience

We stayed here to do the Mount Batur Trekking! The staff were so welcoming and offered a longer tour that explored the different craters from the volcanos. When we got to the summit, the staff made sure we had somewhere quiet away from the crowds. The room was comfortable and the shower was warm. The staff also took us on their motorbikes to the local hot springs which was a really fun and unique experience.

The food the hotel offered was limited and didn’t taste good. I’d definitely recommend brining your own food as there isn’t anywhere close to eat as an alternative.

Extremely relaxing.

Our room was better than expected- it was really comfortable and a lovely space to be in with very nice views.

We did not have so many food choices , however the staff were very helpful and we got some takeway from elsewhere.

The staff were incredibly helpful! Lent us bikes and dropped us to town etc. it was honestly above and beyond ❤️

The management team were very helpful. The room was situated in front of the pool with a mountain in the distance. Management was friendly and encouraged the need to be helpful where possible. Excellent breakfast prepared with care.

Lovely getaway near the volcano but very remote.

The design of the room was lovely and the outside facilities were incredibly picturesque and very sweet. The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough to help us.

Meal times/availability of food was not very clear and was rather limited. Unless you’re out for the day, there aren’t really any options within walking distance to go out for food, and getting a taxi is hard as it is so remote. The rooms aren’t soundproofed so we could hear cars, watering the fields and animals very early in the morning, as well as guests in other rooms (which can’t be controlled - some of them were very quiet).

Stunning location at the feet of Mont Batur. Saja is a perfect host who makes you feel like at home. He organized for us a great trip to the top of the mont and to the nearby craters.

Pleasant affordable stay with a great view of the mountain amongst the peaceful farms.

I liked the views from the property and that there is only about 4-5 bungalows so it doesn’t get very loud or busy you feel like you have the place to yourself

Everything from the staff to the room to the comfortable bed with nice cold Air-Con and the amazing sunset view out the doors! Staff helped us book the sunrise jeep tour for the next morning :)

Front doors and bathroom would slide open if not locked which wasn’t horrible but only issue we had here.

The staff is young, nice and friendly. The location has a beautiful view on Batur Volcano. The swimming pool and the facilities are a big plus after a trip to the volcano. Good traditional food genuinely prepared by the staff. If you want to have a trip on Batur ask to the staff: they will organise a dedicated trip for you at a reasonable price.

The location is a rural area, surrounded by onion fields so there are many flies. Anyway the room is a safe place in this sense.

Awesome view

The view was amazing and the staff were wonderful. They let us use their scooter to get around and we’re always happy to help with anything. The batur climb was booked thru them and it was wonderful.

No safe, fridge or hair dryer. Very simple accommodation which was ok but it wasn’t the cleanest and things where falling apart.

As close to Mount Batur trek start as you could be. Friendly staff and very clean.

It was really close to where we started the trek up to Mount Batur (only 5 mins), so we didn’t have to leave the hotel until nearly 4am.

There are no restaurants or other amenities nearby which was fine for us as we were there to climb the mountain. The hotel cooked us an amazing dinner so it was not a problem.

Everything was absolutely perfect ! Lovely staff, always here to help ! The view is absolutely wonderful, and the little houses are so cute! It’s an authentic, beautiful and peaceful place ! If I come back to Bali one day, I’ll definitely go there again for a few nights !

Superb

This is a unique property. We came through the black lava field road which was an adventure in itself! Our driver had taken a short cut. The chalet style accommodation is exactly as Booking.com outlined. The view of Batur is amazing. Staff organised scooters for us to explore lakeside villages and also a volcano trip that enabled me to go in the jeep and my husband to do the three hour+ climb of Batur. Staff are absolutely amazing 🤩. Note the hot pools in the village which are part of the volcano expedition are a hidden gem. Do take time to enjoy.

Probably just distance from other restaurants. Need a scooter or car. The surroundings(working onion farm) are beautiful in their serenity. So it would be great to have a track to take a morning walk through such scenery.

Was an amazing stay in Panorama! Staff was so down to earth and nice and really did all they would to make us feel comfortable. Beautiful huts and amazing to see the mountain change colours. Also helped us arrange an amazing guided trip to Batur. Thanks:)
