Some areas need maintenance: peeling paint and signs of dampness The hot spring was not very hot, at least in the morning Very high humidity due to constant rain A lot of flies during our stay (weather-related, not the hotel’s fault)

Probably never again!

The hot spring-but did make a racket at 4am in the morning . The staff were helpful, pleasant and courteous. Good view of mountains. Personal hot spring was good and warm

Where do I start…. Front door didn’t close properly, stinky and putrid smell coming from the hand basin, soap machine didn’t work, shower recess had black hair around it, very dirty around basin and water machine, no bottles of complimentary water, smelly robes, tv projector didn’t work properly, difficult to find accommodation.

too many flies *(no the hotel's fault , the whole area is like that ) NO GRAB service, And book taxi can be a nightmare price,, two ways to blue mountain cafe was asked about 50 SGD for two trips which is crazy, managed to get grab near the main road, both ways are 15 sgd, that's 2,5 times difference,

Uncomfortable first experience in Kintamani

The hot spring pool was pleasant

The bathroom smelt fishy for the entirety of our stay and the handheld shower nozzle was very damaged causing it to spray in all directions and making a mess everywhere. No hand soap provided was slightly disappointing. Too many flies everywhere, the team needs to install some cheap flyscreen doors or baits to mitigate this regular Kintamani occurrence during the wet season. The guests staying in the villa next to us blasted unbearably loud karaoke music with a microphone for singing from sunset all the way until quarter past 10 at night. Tried contacting the host multiple times and finally they responded saying they could not do anything until 10pm? After 10pm the loud noise continued and after calling a few times, the host number picked up one time, and cut off my conversation by hanging up quickly. The road outside the establishment going down to the main road is rugged and in need of urgent attention. But most importantly, there was no mention on the booking details or description that getting a taxi/grab car or gocar would be literally impossible when trying to leave at checkout. As first timers to Kintamani, some forewarning of this difficulty would have been greatly appreciated. The owner then proceeded to charge us way above market price for their own taxi driver to send us home.

Stunning with a beautiful view

We had a exceptional Villa with a little pool, the villa and grounds were very clean and the pool was really warm water. Although the villa was beautiful the staff and owner is the true stand out here. Absolutely beautiful people who made or stay wonderful Thank you

Highly recommended

This was already my fourth visit to Bali Astetic Villa and Hot Spring! that’s how much I love it! The villa is beautiful, with a stunning view and amazing facilities, and it’s perfectly located far from the noisy town, making it so peaceful. My favorite part is definitely the hot spring, nothing beats swimming in warm water while enjoying the cool mountain weather. Always such a relaxing experience. Highly recommended!

Awesome location and ambience with a comfortable setting

This place was pretty gorgeous and the hot tub setup was very very enjoyable. The rooms were nice and well arranged.

There was a small mold problem with the room that contributed to some mold sickness, which seems to be common in pretty much every villa in the region. They did a good job of repairing and cleaning the issues but minor remnants of it still exist.

The ideal base camp for your trek and lovely and clean facilities.

Perfect location to start the trek. Hot spring pool. Nice light breakfast. Staff (only saw 2 guys working) were so helpful and friendly.

Nice and Calm

I really enjoyed my stay there it was really calm and serene, if you are looking for the peacefulness and enjoying the scenery this place will be a good choice and let not forget the hot spring water it was so soothing, the staff were so helpful and friendly, as there wasn't there Grab or Kojek (transportation apps) they have packs for attraction and activities with reasonable prices . they arranged a driver for us his name Nyoman Dody a nice local from Kintamani he was so patient and attentive to us showing the best location and explaining everything we need to know about the places we visited

Awesome hot swimming pool. Very kind and attentive staff. Rooms are ok for the price paid. Breakfast is simple and ok for the price and level of accommodation.

Towels are perfumed very heavily but its not a big issue.

Nice place, bad management.

The place is very nice. Very well located with a magnificent view on the mountain. We loved the hot spring pool.

The management is not good. The waitress who served us breakfast (very average) was a zombie. Her clothes were stained, and she didn't say hello or smile. The sheets were stained. It's not the hotel's fault, of course, but the night was noisy. It seems that the road that passes next to the hotel is the access road for climbing the volcano. As a result, a lot of noisy vehicles pass by.

I liked having the hot spring pool, staff were pleasant, breakfast was ok. Good for the price.

When the island had a black out there seemed to be minimal effort by staff to do anything. Could have lit the fire and offered bbq as all restaurants had closed. The pool needed a clean. There was sewage smell coming from next door (to room 1 and 2) which was very unpleasant. Road to villa was really bad after the wet season.

Fantastic location, beautiful view of lake and mountains, villa was clean and spacious, and hot springs were perfect for a day after hiking.

There were lots of flies, not that the owners could control this. But having some fly swatters or zapper around would have been helpful as they were completely swarming our food and things hanging out to dry during the day.

The sleep was pleasant and worth the amount.

The bed and fresh towels were clean, the hot springs was cool, great view. Staff helped me check in late.

When the room Is advertised as fridge in room, there wasnt, fridge is in common area . The boiling kettle had water in it and was dirty. There is no plugins near bed , they provide a long power cord to one point in room. You can hear everything outside the room but it’s okay.

Great and aesthetic place with hot springs

The room is very nice and spacious. Interior is very aesthetic. The bathroom is huge as well. They even have a projector and projector screen for watching movies in the room. In the evening the main pool and private plunge pool are amazing to relax after a long day. Bathrobes are a nice addition. The breakfast is usual homestay breakfast (pancake/omelette/nasi goreng with a fresh juice).

The blanket in the room didn't have a cover and I don't think they wash it after every guest.

Bali Astetic Villa and Hot Spring at Mt. Batur was an incredible getaway. The natural hot spring was the highlight, offering a relaxing and rejuvenating experience with breathtaking mountain views. The villa itself was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, with a cozy atmosphere that made for a perfect retreat. The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to ensure a great stay. The location is a bit remote, but that adds to the charm and tranquility. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely return!

It was a great experience and very nice and comfortable bed.

The property was clean, staff were great. The hot spring was awesome.

The shower didn’t have hot water, we waited a bit and let the water run but the water didn’t get warm. We ended up using the hot spring as it was warmer than shower. The plug needs to be fixed. It was out of the wall and safety could be a concern.

Mount Batur Hot Spring Villa

The hot spring at night was a delight. The morning view of Mount Batura from the terrace. We booked 2 rooms. They were comfortable.

The bathroom could be better and the towels had an odd smell. The water was warm but not hot. Luckily, we bathed in the hotspring pool and soaked up the goodness.

This place is so beautiful, clean, and totally worth the value! Especially the hot spring pool with the view of the lake and mountain. The staff are very friendly as well. Will totally stay here again!

Very nice place just near mount Batur

A great location if you want to relax before climbing Mount Batur (get ready to wake up at 3:00am) Pool with hot water from the mountain is really nice. Bed quality is perfect. Temperature is lower in the region than other area of Bali so be prepared.

A neighbor was using a sort of big machine to dig the ground so it made a regular from the morning til the end of the afternoon... I guess this won't last forever.
