The property was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bathroom was also spotless and in excellent condition. The facilities were complete, including a water heater and TV. We especially loved having a sofa in the room, which made our stay even more comfortable. Our room (Room 4) also included a hair dryer, although our friends’ room did not. We loved the swimming pool so much, it was very comfortable with hot spring The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They kindly allowed us to store our beer in their refrigerator, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would happily stay here again.

One thing that could be improved is the hot water in Room 4. During our stay, the hot water was not working properly. After we informed the staff, the shower water became slightly warm, but it was still not as hot as the water in our friends’ room. We appreciate the staff’s effort to address the issue, but it would be great if the hot water system could be checked and improved for future guests.

Sleep was wonderful ! The beds are super comfortable, the rooms really nice, clean and everything needed is there. And the gem was the hot springs that we all as a family enjoyed. Everyone 4/4 people enjoyed this place

Everything’s great !

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool and gardens and view were lovely. Tasty fresh juice for breakfast. Pool was very nice.

No safe, no fridge, room had clearly had a leak and water damage visible on walls. Bathroom smelt of damp and quite unpleasant. Minimal breakfast. No restaurant on site and no restaurants close by . Very disappointing.
