The staff were warm and welcoming the rooms were clean the sheets and towels were crisp and white. The outlook was stunning and the hot spring pools were relaxing.
Not many good food options close by but ok for a day or two.

What a place, hotel, staff, area! Amazing! We had a great stay, we loved the place - very convenient. Breakfast tasty. Thermal pool - awesome! We hiked to mount Batur directly from the hotel. We explored the area. One of the best memories in Bali!

Perfect location for Mt Batur hike. Walked straight from my room to the mountain trails. All arranged by hotel and guide met me there to begin.
Flies, but they’re everywhere in Batur.

The pool from hot spring water (Batur mountain)
The Kintamani area was swarmed by flies that completely made you feel uncomfortable & gping nut to get rid of them. They came into the room even the main door is closed. To make it worse they're buzzing right in front of you.
It's a pity the local council let the organic compose industry near the panoramic area.
