Perfect!

The staff was incredibly kind, they allowed me late check-out for free, and even provided a free lunch on my last day while waiting for the taxi to the airport. Also immediately located at the foot of Mount Batur, which is great for the hiking opportunity. Swimming pool was also great.

There are lots of flies but to be fair - that’s in the entire area so the staff cannot help it.

Nice panoramic hot spring pool to relax in the late afternoon.

The Kintamani area was swarmed by flies that completely made you feel uncomfortable & gping nut to get rid of them. They came into the room even the main door is closed. To make it worse they're buzzing right in front of you. It's a pity the local council let the organic compose industry near the panoramic area.

Great place to stay if you want to hike Mt Batur!

The room I stayed in had a beautiful view of Kintamani, which I really enjoyed. The hot pools were relaxing and clean, and I enjoyed the peaceful nature of the location. The guesthouse is located about a 10-15 minute walk to nearby restaurants and shops. The staff were also attentive and helpful if I needed anything! They organised a guide for me to hike Mt Batur, which was great.

Typical of Bali, I did encounter some insects in my room, but otherwise the stay was good.

Sensational hot springs outside rooms, fantastic setting, room & food good, 3am ascent of Batur via jeep shuttle but nice to walk back to guest house.

Of course there are a few flies linked to the ripening of fruit. Flies not a big issue when you have to get up at 2.30am to climb Batur! If in your room they seem to go directly to the exit glass frame and do not present a problem. NB we arranged our own guide before we got there

I liked very much the staff, the hotspring pool and the location. Also the food was very good. Quiet and nice place. The bathroom could be better, especially for cleanliness.

There are a lot, a lot, a looooot of flies that enter the room all the time, but I don't think it's a problem which can easily be solved as the flies are coming from the lake Batur. Everywhere you go there you will find really annoying flies.

Exceptional

Excellent value for money. Hot spring pools amazing. Clean and airy room. Noise insulation not great so I was a bit afraid since I had to wake up at 4am to do the batur hike, but neighbours stopped making any noise quickly so it was fine. Did the batur hike organised through the guesthouse and the guide was excellent.

Smell was weird in the room but mostly in the bathroom. I guess it was because of the spray against of flies. Flies were annoying on the balcony and the breakfast area (had to have breakfast inside of the room)

Nice spot for a few days.

Friendly and accommodating host. Great location with a fantastic view of the lake and mountains. Perfect for exploring the surrounding region. Ample parking for motorbikes/cars. Rooms are large, clean and have a comfortable bed. Thermal pools are brilliant at night after a big day. Very peaceful to relax and watch the stars. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast is basic and the portions are quite small. Not really sufficient if you are off for a day of hiking. You can order additional items off the menu but for the price of the accommodation we were expecting a slightly better breakfast. The area is quite rural so a little noisy in the morning but fairly normal for Bali. The shower drain was a little smelly but this is also quite common for Indo and not a major issue once the window was opened.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay

We spent one night in this place as we were climbing Batur for the sunrise from there. First of all big thank you to the amazing guide Edi, who took us to Batur - he was one of the best guides we had during our Bali trip. He really took great care of us during the whole hike and he told as a lot of stories and answered all our questions. Just a great guy! If you want to book the trip with the Guesthouse - we can really recommend it. In regards to the Gueasthouse - just wonderful. Currently they have 6 rooms. We had two bottom rooms just in front of the pool with hot springs. The best relax we could have! Just sitting in the night in the water and looking in the sky! And after the Batur trip - wonderful way to relax muscels. The room was spacious, bathroom was good. No place to hang clothes :) but we got used to it on Bali. Also - there are flies in Kintamani area - you cannot do anything about it so we do not complain - we knew about it. Breakfast was ok - we had one on Batur and then the proper one in the guesthouse. The owner also helped us with the transport to the next stay.

the road going into the property was extremely rough and we had to navigate it in the early hours of the morning on the way to the mountain hike. our bed was like a rock, although it was surprisingly comfortable

Breakfast was good, but please stop using plastic wrap to cover the food. Staff were friendly, attentive, courteous and always smiled. Room was clean, but need a few more wall hooks to hang clothes or backpacks. Nice to see all the farm land surrounding the guesthouse.

Unfortunately, too many black flies (lalat). Please provide Baygon spray and/or fly catchers to reduce the black flies.

Lovely place to stay. New, modern rooms that were very comfortable. The view of Mount Abang from the heated crystal pool is a taste sensation. The staff are also just so nice.

Thankyou for good service. A lovely guest house, helpful staff and host. The room was good, the towel, bed cover, and toilet are clean! We got fresh welcome drink and delicious breakfast. The Amazing thing is pool hot spring water in front of the room. So nice! When we checked the weather in the morning is like 12°C. So Cold. We're back soon..

Maybe acces way to main street, is like damage road, hopefully will be repairs as soon as possible.

Perfect location for hiking mount batur

The hot spring was great and the views are amazing. The room was absolutely clean. The family at the guesthouse was great. You can start the hike to mount batur directly from the garden, which was great. For this price you can not find anything better.

This guesthouse is everything you can wish for. Great location, beautiful views, big and clean rooms, but the most important: people who work here. Putu and his family are the loveliest and kindest people I’ve met. They are always there to help, recommend places to visit, or simply talk, and spend time together. It felt like home! I'll miss this place, and I am planning to return and stay longer! ❤️

Very clean rooms with nice view from the garden side. It is a very nice guest family. The best thing in there was the hot spring just in front of the rooms. The area is colder during the night and having a bath with hot mineral water while watching the stars was incredible. Also, we went on trekking on mount Batur to see the sunrise. The bath in the hot spring just after was very refreshing.

A lot of flies in there. But it wasn't a big problem for us.

Great stay in Batur!

Everything! The owner & family live in the property, and they are very accommodative since we arrived for check-in. Their great hospitality surely such a added-value to already great property. The rooms were clean, they provide parking space for few cars & bikes, we got the basic amenities in the rooms, breakfast was ok. Also they helped out to arrange sunrise trip, which was very convenient. But the highlight during our stay would be the hot spring pools, again directly with Batur view. Already planning to get back here once they open up the upstair rooms.

The road to got to the place was rocky, so a bit tricky for cars to pass. Would be great if the neighborhood can somehow do something to improve this, although it was ideal but it was still manageable.

The hotel is very close to the Mount Batur. The staff is really nice and they will organise the day trip for you. The pool is amazing and very warm.

The bed was so uncomfortable and hard, it gave me back pain every morning. There was no house cleaning, we had to ask for paper toilet and a change of towels. Not a lot of restaurants or food options near by.
