The hot pool was definitely a highlight. It was so relaxing, especially after a day of activities. The staff, mbok Wayan is so kind!
The mosquito net could have been cleaner, and the towels were quite worn and could use an upgrade.

Super friendly staff, nice warm hot spring pool.which is great for the evenings in this region because it gets quite cold, rooms.are as expected, cute pets all around (dogs, cats, birds), and many more benefits.
We were 4 people and booked two rooms, one of these rooms had a malfunctioning shower. However, we did not report it because it wasn't a large issue but it still wasn't great. There are also lots of flies (not in the rooms but around the property). Unfortunately the region is filled with flies so this is not at the fault of the hotel but it's still worth mentioning. Last, the WiFi wasn't very strong and often glitched.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was perfect, with plenty of space to store all our belongings, and the bathroom was clean.
The pool was definitely one of the highlights, it’s heated and offers an amazing view of the mountains. There’s even an outdoor shower right next to the pool, which is really convenient.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We also really appreciated having a mini shop, which was very convenient.
Overall, a lovely stay and a place we would happily recommend! ⭐️
