Good room with friendly host

The room is quite big, recommended when going here with family. Host is very friendly making this bungalows feels like your close relative's house. If you need anything just inform him and he will give his best to provide it.

Sunrise suprise

Really friendly staff we were greeted with the biggest smiles, lovely meals. The grounds are beautifully presented. The hot spring swimming pool is so relaxing. Owner organised a sunrise tour and lent us a blanket to stay warm for the 430 am pick up The rooms are clean and comfortable. Don't come and expect everything to be spotless they are situated in the middle of farm land. Overall had a great stay

Heated pool and lake fish

Swimming pool warmed by the hot stream, heated by the volcano. Good location. Try the fresh fish from the lake - loved it (and saw how owner brings them in the morning).

-The hot spring pool was great after the sun rise hike! -Hot water in the shower was very hot! My mom enjoyed taken a bath in the night. -close to the hiking trail to Mt. batur, that was the reason we picked this place.

-The room was very basic, didn't have a kettle, coffee/tea, so we had to go buy tea from a store, then ask for hot water from the kitchen. -No fans. -the door knob of the bathroom was almost falling off. -it wasn't as great as the money we paid for.

Good room, traditional style, good bed. Very nice view. Nice warm pool. Breakfast is ok. Nice helpful owner. Good place to stay before hiking up the Batur. Maybe not the cheapest option, but not expensive either, and lake view is really good.

great home stay with excellent and friendly staff

beautiful place to stay with a stunning view of the mountains from the pool - which was like a natural spring, soooo warm. best traditional mie goreng we have had. Jack was very helpful to with organizing the batur climb with a really great guide.

View. Quiet location. Price. Comfy bed and hot shower with good pressure.But the best thing is the hot spring in the hotel! The owner is really nice and you can ask him for activities in the area. He booked a guide named Ketut who was really nice. We had a great time.

Very friendly owner and food was really good. Pool filled with hot spring water from the volcano was a bonus. Very helpful organising tours and treks to Mt. Batur. Very close if you want to do a hike to Mt. Batur. Location and views are amazing

Not the accommodations fault but booking.com list the property as Kintamani where as it is Lake Batur. The taxi driver we had from Amed got rather frustrated that it wasn't at Kintamani and was a further 15 mins on. This is where you want to stay however if you want to do a sunrise trek to Mt Batur as it is very close.

Close to Mount Batur! Got up at 4:00, not earlier, this was great. The hot spring in the resort is great. Every day fresh hot water, no need to pay at other places a lot of money for this. It's included. We could have dinner in front of our bungalows, impressive! Made, the owner organized everything for us. Fair, fast and you can trust him.

Covid was hard for people in this area. You can see that a lot of things have to be renovated. Small things like a lamp or sth., but please do not expect western standard. They do what they can and in 2022, the post Covid year, their business is increasing again.

Fantastic hot pool, lovely owners

Excellent bungalows at the bottom of Mount Batur. We woke up early in the morning to start our hike onto Mount Batur (trail starts in front of the house). The owner and his team made our stay very special; Mahdi organized a birthday cake for our daughter (thanks a lot again, Mahdi!). The entire team is very forthcoming and friendly; they take great care of the bungalows, which are clean, spacious and well maintained. Absolutely exceptional hot pool with natural spring water from the volcano and fantastic view of the lake. We loved the place and highly recommend it!

- The host is exceptionally nice and caring - our room had a bathing tub with mountain view! And also mountain view from our bed! - the absolute highlight is a warm pool which is filled with water from the hot springs. The pool is so relaxing, we loved it.

The owner was helpful and keen to assist, the view was amazing and food perfect after a day exploring. The bungalows are within walking distance to one of the trekking starting points and a hot spring water pool on site, personally warmer would be better but I was there in Winter. Would stay again! Sheets were so clean and crispy!

We had a nice stay, clean rooms, very good breakfast, great hospitality … since our son got sick, we had to depart one day earlier and the owner refunded us generously. The biggest asset, the outdoor pool heated with geothermal hot water … your very own hot spring.
