The staff were amazing and so friendly, specially one of the male staff (I cant remember his name) but he was so pleasant! The property is located basically at the bottom of Mt Batur, we were able to start our hike right from the hotel!

We loved our room with private hot spring spa. The views the gardens the staff it was all very magical! The room was clean and comfortable. Such a beautiful place to relax after doing the sunrise hike.
The flies are relentless. Highly recommend a good insect repellent.

The location is great, very clean and super natural sources pool. Good Indonesian breakfast and nice tips from local people for Warung ;)
We had some water filter nearby the cabin that was making loud noise every 5 mins so we almost did not sleep the night as we forgot the earplugs. Then we went to mount batur very sleep deprived.
