Comfortable walk ro Princess Street, Castle , shops, pubs etc There is a bus stop right outside the door if walking is not an option
The one suggestion I would make is for guests to bring eye madks, as the curtains are very thin and the outside street lights shine right into the bedrooms facing the front street
Kitchen is very well equipped, showers have good water pressure, lots of hot water,

Good location and roomy facility6. Responsive host who helped with some issues - stopped up shower drain & heat control. Host needs to add a freezer.

Great location. Walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Plenty of space in property for eleven adults. Nice fresh beds in bright rooms. Property a little shabby in parts. Excellent communications with host who was very helpful. Parking in Edinburgh generally a bit of a challenge but doable.

This property is ideal for large groups. It is well situated within Edinburgh. It was clean, however it is very tired looking and in need of a makeover. We found ants in the kitchen, and when we contacted the owner, she was aware of this problem. Also on the last day although the check out time was 11 o’clock, the cleaner arrived at 10 o’clock and started cleaning the property.
