Was very nice clean apartment nice view from balcony close to shops

Lift didn't work so was a bit of a pain with the 2 buggy's Atomic email for getting in should be cancelled as not correct anymore so lead to a bit of stress to getting in to the apartment but the lady that owns the apartment got back to us as soon as she could

Other than the lift , the place was fantastic , host lovely.

Perfect location , close to train , bus and short walk into the shopping precinct. Beds super comfy , host was available to answer any questions , very helpful , nothing was too much effort.

Travelling with 84, 60 and 56 yr old , 3 cases of luggage plus cabin baggage .. arrived to find the lift was out to our apartment on 4 th floor and had been out for a few months .. this was a massive struggle for us . It restricted our movements a lot .

The apartment was clean, tidy with all facilities that we wanted. It was in a good location for walking into the center of Birmingham and had free parking

The power went off on Saturday night when we returned, my husband flicked a switch in the cupboard and it came back on. However, during the night it went off again and the following morning he couldn't get it back on. I text the emergency number in the book and rang but got no reply. We had brought food for a cooked breakfast which we couldn't make, it was cold as we couldn't use the heaters (it was snowing outside) and we had planned to meet my daughters boyfriend's parents for coffee at 11am. However, we had to cancel as we had no facilities to shower, dry hair's etc. This was a disappointment to say the least after a very pleasant stay. Aimee did reply to my message but it was whilst we were on our way home after feeling we had no other alternative but to leave. We had to eat on the motorway which incurred a cost.

Disgusting behaviour from the host!

Unfortunately, nothing. Decor looked lovely in the pictures, but not as attractive in real life.

Location is terrible - not ideal for families at all. The children are entertained by watching drug addicts and alcoholics fight in the street. We were too scared to leave in the evening. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable and obviously hadn't been replaced in years. When we informed host that beds weren't fit for purpose, she admitted she was aware of that but hadn't been able to get replacements sorted. We refused to stay after one night as the beds were in such a bad state. We informed the host that we wouldn't be staying and it wasn't until after we informed her that we had a hotel booked that we were offered alternative accommodation, too little too late in my opinion. We contacted booking.com and spoke to one of their team who agreed that the accommodation was unacceptable. He tried to phone the host but alas she refused to answer the phone to either him or us. He even sent her an email but didn't get a reply. We eventually got hold of the host the next morning. We offered to pay for the night that we stayed and were told if we were leaving we needed to be out by 11am. We left before the checkout time, but the host kept the money in full and refused to refund us the remaining money. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST !

Could feel the springs through the mattress on the double bed - very saggy. Quite a noisy area and not very picturesque

My friends and I enjoyed a lovely girls trip away for a few nights. The apartment met expectations and we enjoyed our stay. The host was fantastic and easily reachable.

Great apartment! Highly recommend to stay here!

The apartment was beautiful. It was very clean and comfortable. It was well equipped with anything you need - especially kitchen utensils. The bedrooms were lovely. The view from the balcony was a nice bonus. It was quiet and felt private. Aimee was a brilliant host with updates and communication. Me and my friends loved it here and we hope to stay again. I would highly recommend and it is a great location for doing things in the city centre.
