No breakfast. I didn't realise it was 1 ensuite room. I thought it was a little flatlet. Very clean. owner very fast to respond to a nan who couldn't work the keysafe
Didn't like getting the keysafe number late. A big stressful. Then another keysafe inside. I found it difficult as my phone not good. Probably ok for Birmingham but we are from a village and if felt very alien

Good shared kitchen and dining facility and some parking available. Owner was very helpful in sorting out my difficulties in checking in.
The email with the key code was only sent on the day of check-in, after I had departed and had no access to email. Could have done with it being sent to the phone as well, which has happened with previous similar bookings..
Booking.Com was no help as to access account on the phone requires a validation code which was sent to the email that I didn't have access to.

Amazing stay!! Beautiful and clean with almost everything you could possibly need. Good location with the bus stop right next to it and big supermarkets nearby. Very responsive hosts. My room was on the top floor so not warm enough, they immediately provided me with a small blow heater. Thanks Vanessa and Oscar!
Small things could be improved. Only one side table and lamp in the room, would be nice to add another. The room was big so could add a small work table + chair for people working during the stay :)
