Lovely little cosy modern flat

Lovely and clean, great value for money one of the cheapest I found, property was spotlessly clean, comfortable, cosy and welcoming. I stayed here with my adult daughter after travelling from Wales to Birmingham for a family occasion. We didn’t arrive at the property until late in the night and walked in to a warm cosy home. The whole flat was really warm which was welcomed in this weather. We had a comfortable sleep also nice and quiet with no outside noise disturbing our sleep and stay. We will definitely be booking again Thankyou. X

The flat was clean, quiet and well presented

Had to park round the corner as the drive was full and other vehicles never leave room for parking! And no TV in the bedroom, so had to go watch in living room! So couldn't really chill in bed.

The flat was very modern and had everything you need.

The sofa bed was very tiny. Wasn't what we expected as 2 adults needed to sleep on it and wasn't room and very hard.

A good place with most of the basics for guests who can navigate plenty of stairs.

The appliances were in working order. The location was good for accessing the transit and a small grocer. The bathroom was modern and comfortable. The wifi worked well and the owner was quick to respond.

The smoke detector had be en removed but not replaced after being broken by a previous guest. The suite is better suited to a fully able-bodied person. Please keep in mind that "First floor"does not equal ground floor in Europe, and that stairs are not to universal standard.

Poor host communication, no access details provided before trip

No information provided, no access to property! We had to look for hotel at 1am in the morning! We were stranded in unknown city, town, most hotels nearby had no space so we drove from one to another hotel looking for place to sleep :( so much stress. Property information should have been provided 24-48h before our stay!

The property was very clean, bed very comfortable, all appliances in good working order. Private parking space.

The flat is located within a house which has been turned into three flats. The main front door was never locked and sometimes left open. The flat front door was only secured by one locking key, so you may find this not very secure.

If you do not sleep on couch and you can sleep when somebody talks next to you, you will be fine

The apartment has an allocated parking space which is convenient since it does not feel it would be easy to get there by public transport.

1. Couch in the living room is very uncomfortable and there is no way 2 people can sleep comfortably there. 2. Apartment has very poor soundproofing, we've heard all conversations from neighbours like they were in the same room as we are. Obviously you can not sleep unless neighbours go to bed as well.

Nice flat, needs some TLC

Wardrobe drawers were broken and unusable, toilet seat loose and then Broke. Shower door does Not close properly so the floor gets wet.

Great stay, very well priced and the host was lovely.

Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. WiFi access. It was in a great location for us, we were visiting family who were a 10 minute drive away from the property. Nice sized driveway to park on.

The sofa was very uncomfortable, and the lamp in the bedroom had a foreign plug so was unable to use.

Decent, clean accommodation

The key box is near the floor so in the dark or fading light it can be difficult to see. The apartment was clean and tidy with a reasonable standard of furniture. Plug missing from kitchen sink as the strainer didn't fit. Couldn't open the lounge curtains. Couldn't draw bedroom curtains all the way across.

Beautiful accommodation

Breakfast not applicable but the location and environment was really good and access was good. Since i was attending family functions, it was very close tto where i needed to get to.
