Lovely and clean, great value for money one of the cheapest I found, property was spotlessly clean, comfortable, cosy and welcoming. I stayed here with my adult daughter after travelling from Wales to Birmingham for a family occasion. We didn’t arrive at the property until late in the night and walked in to a warm cosy home. The whole flat was really warm which was welcomed in this weather. We had a comfortable sleep also nice and quiet with no outside noise disturbing our sleep and stay. We will definitely be booking again Thankyou. X

The apartment has an allocated parking space which is convenient since it does not feel it would be easy to get there by public transport.
1. Couch in the living room is very uncomfortable and there is no way 2 people can sleep comfortably there.
2. Apartment has very poor soundproofing, we've heard all conversations from neighbours like they were in the same room as we are. Obviously you can not sleep unless neighbours go to bed as well.
