The toilet cover keep falling down, and the toilet seat keep moving to one side The bath towel got stained Master room’s bed mattresses are too soft The bed pillow smells bad, like used linen not yet change The floor of kitchen is sticky

The location was spot on, with easy access to all the key areas. There was a shop across the road which was helpful. The apartment itself was absolutely spotless. I've stayed at many holiday let's over the years, and this one was by far the cleanest I've ever stayed in. The check-in and out process was flawless, and the guest guidebook was comprehensive. Communication was excellent 11/10! The rooms were well presented and spacious. There was a designated parking spot out the front , which was very much appreciated. The host supplied lovely clean bedding and towels along with little bottles of cosmetics, which my children loved. They felt like they were at a hotel. The host had also provided some tea coffee and biscuits, which I thought was a lovely touch, and after a nearly 9 hour drive was very welcomed. All in all, a lovely apartment and I would stay again

Very large property close to town. Had lots of little extras that were a nice touch including toiletries, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, biscuits and chocolates. Very informative "handbook" for the property. Helpful hosts and easy contactless check in. Parking space for the property was right outside the entrance. Lots of nice touches throughout the property. Dedicated workstation with desk/chair/extension lead. Good WiFi. Overall property had everything that was needed and a few beneficial extras. Property on the whole was clean, only a few minor issues.

Some towels had stains on them and there was a couple of cobwebs around light fixtures. Toilets had a bit of limescale/water stains in them. Pillows felt cheap and were not the best quality. Sofa was a bit uncomfortable but usable.
