Excellent Location, everything required to hand for our visit. Very reasonably priced. Shops on the doorstep! Eatery’s and pubs to hand. Frequent local buses into the city. No 50 bus!
The property was easy to locate. Instructions to access simple, responsive owners didn’t meet them but quick to answer messages. All the kitchen equipment you would find at home. Quiet for sleeping. Small but no smaller than a hotel room. Perfect for 2 people. Bright and Airy.

°The apartment was easy to access with the owner letting us know the codes and access details 24 hours beforehand
°The apartment was well equipped with a nice modern finish. It had all the utilities you needed with the owners even providing washing up liquid and more
°The building was well located near a bus stop and plenty of local amenities. Very easy to get into the centre of Birmingham.
°The cleanliness of the place could have been better. There was dust on top of the plug sockets, marks on light switches, cobwebs around windows, marks under counters, crumbs under the oven, gunk and dirt underneath plugs, dust on the top of units and some of the glasswear was dirty.
°For some reason there was an entire cupboard filled with pint glasses?
°There was the previous occupants body wash and shampoo left in the bathroom
°Some of the furniture was a bit worn down with chips and marks
°The mattress wasn't the most comfortable, so I would recommend you bring a memoryfoam mattress topper
°The bedroom door didn't shut properly, you needed to really pull it tight to close it.
°The plug in the bathroom sink didn't shut properly
°The shower handle was loose and felt like it was going to call off.

Very clean.
Location is perfect for stay many shops around very close to bus stops both the hospitals & the city centre.
kitchen is perfect for cooking, large fridge very good stove with cabnets .
Bathroom is clean & towel racks.
Heating is very good , it gets the whole studio warm.
The hosts are very nice always approachable ready to help.
Closet is very small for two if you are like us with extra cloths.
No bathroom slippers bring yours.
Wifi isn’t strong enough but good.

The location worked for us, we chose it because of the location and it's vicinity to family and friends.
The flat was functional for the most part and for one or two nights you could see beyond the issues. We would not recommend it for longer stays. It is in a busy part of the city so be prepared for sirens and noise especially over w/ends & holidays. We were aware of this, so not a problem for us in comparison to the building work which was an indoor
intrusion.
That there was on going building work, it was noisy, dusty and the staircase smelt bad.
When we put the oven on and opened the door when it had heated up, the smoke that came out started the smoke detector. Neither the oven nor the trays were clean. There was no cleaning equipment apart from washing up liquid in the kitchen.
We don't normally wear shoes indoors so respecting the owners wishes to leave shoes off was not a problem for us, until we discovered that the floors were not so clean.
The bed was very narrow and short if you are 6ft 2".
The staircase is both narrow and very steep, (difficult with cases).If you have any mobilty issues, this will be a problem. There is a grooved bannister, but not a proper handrail.
There were a few other small things, which after contact the owner sorted out quickly , but we had hoped that the flat would be as it should be on arrival.
