Sono anni che con la mia famiglia visitiamo Birmingham per andare a trovare mia sorella che è lí, devo dire che è il primo appartamento ben pulito e che rispetta la descrizione. Posizione ottima proprio in centro, abbiamo trovato molto comoda la questione della chiave tramite app. Grazie torneremo presto.

A couple of lights not working and bedroom window not able to open ( hot temp outside)

Very friendly, polite staff who couldn’t have been more helpful. The flat had everything you could need, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc with tablets, washing up liquid, even tea bags provided. They had thought of everything you might need to make your stay comfortable.
Secure complimentary parking another plus point.
