Proximity to the city centre and bars. Two flats on the same floor and entry by codes worked well for groups.
TV’s a bit outdated and couldn’t connect consoles to the WiFi. Comms from the host great prior to booking. After the booking the hosts ceases all communication. My party broke a bedside table to which they told me after the booking and I assumed responsibility, we got accused of stealing a fire stick and breaking a radiator, host ignored request to itemise the damages and forfeited the £200 deposit paid. STAY VIGILANT, take photographic evidence of property to avoid any issues.
