Great to be near hospital

Spacious and great location for hospital. Great for a short notice stay.

Needs a clean and maybe better mattress on all beds as springs stick up and squeak when you move. Oven was broke unfortunately

Comfortable but just problems

The sofa and bed is comfortable and easy access.

We had numerous issues with our stay. Firstly when we arrived at the property it had this smell which we couldn’t get rid of. The heating was set to 15 degrees so we called and asked them how to turn it up, we got told it’s done remotely by them and that they’d turn it up. It didn’t go up in the next 2 hours so we had to call again. They then put the heating to 18 degrees and it was still freezing, we then had to call the property again and it got turned up to 21 degrees. The apartment was still freezing and he kept saying the heating was on 25 even tho I had pictures to prove otherwise. When we arrived we saw that the apartment was in an absolute state, the top of the oven was disgusting and full with grease, the draws had mouldy onions and other foods in there, the fridge was far from clean and their was pans in the oven full of grease too. The property owner said that it had been cleaned and he’d received photos from the cleaners before and tried to argue against this but as I had photo evidence of this with the time stamps I took them he told me that their would be a new cooker being installed the day after. We got there and it wasn’t a new oven, it had just been cleaned. We came to use the oven on our final nights stay as we’d not been able to cook all week and then the oven didn’t work so I got told I had to go and switch the electrical board. There was just issue after issue.

Clean and comfortable.

The apartment was clean and quite comfortable. It was as advertised and what we expected it to be. The communication with the host/manager was excellent and the parking was easy to find and use.

Poor cleanliness. We left it cleaner after our stay! Even had to wash the cutlery ! Bathroom very dilapidated Lounge and main bedroom smelt of sweaty feet and sick in the lounge. Would not stay again.

Great for what we needed

Facilities really good and kitchen was well equipped. Was nice that things like handsoap and washing up liquid were provided. Perfect for a night or 2. Shower had good power to it. Towels were provided

Pleasant, fair for the price.

The interior design, the light, airy feel to the apartment, and the fact each bedroom had a smart TV.

There were only 2 toilet rolls for a family of five for two nights, which obviously didn't last. There were no emergency/complimentary toiletries such as pads and tampons; mini soap bars, etc. The location was very run down but not the owner's fault.

WiFi not working, shower head needs replacing and freezer was not clean. stain on bedroom floor. bed springs uncomfortable, but didn’t prevent sleep. rest of apartment clean and tidy.

Brilliant Place to Stay with family, couples, and kids

I really liked the area Was very quiet and there were shops nearby One was kebab and pizza shop and one stop shop down the road and petrol not far too that is near too I would recommend for people to come and stay here very nice No parking problem Plus, WiFi was brilliant

Easy to park, very open space and lovely size rooms and kitchen are…

I was nervous about the key lock and needed to drop our over night bags off prior to the wedding, the cleaner was there and there was no issues doing this, it all went smoothly…

The mattresses in places was lumpy, but fine for one night. Would like to stay longer next time.

it was well spaced out not cluttered

all the beds were budget ones and mattresses were very basic and uncomfortable, shower was basic too, no electric shower etc for the price!

Exceptional

Couldn't of been more happy with this accommodation, a real home from home, there was nothing you needed to go out and buy to get on with your holiday except your food and fresh milk everything else was at hand, I have to say I've never stayed anywhere as exceptionally clean, the place was sparkling including all the pots pans and crockery, well done the cleaner 😀 if im forced to make a negative comment it's that there is no mirror in the bathroom, but I survived, great place to stay
