Great location for visiting our soon in Ironbridge. Designated parking.
Steep stairs which was difficult with luggage and 92 year old mum. Building inside needed refreshing, carpet warn and stained. Just looked a little tired. Main entrance looked didn’t work, remaining permanently open.

Liked the space and facilities . Kitchen well equipped.
Key not available in key safe as stated it took our time and phone calls to get sorted by us. Bed smelt maybe time to possibly change the pillows. Bed cushions stained and smelt . Shower was lovely but to get the overhead shower you had a to raise a button but was very stiff and difficult to manoeuvre.

Clean, spacious and parking. Arrived early cleaner was helpful and very friendly.
No name on keybox, had to hunt for network name. Manual in email not a link. Kitchen table wobbly and unuseable. Bath plug leaky mirror not on wall. Sealant ready for renewal. Noise from other apartments. Steps down to Ironbridge and hill not mentioned. Expected better for price. Missed pets allowed, which caused issues for two of the party. Deep cleans required.
