Great Property, great location!

The property was in a great location, very peaceful and quiet with access to the local supermarket and all of the War memorials and museums.

You could tell the property was undergoing some maintenance/upgrades but didn’t bother us.

Everything that was available in the house, location was perfect and quiet, Ability to walk to a large supermarket, and just another 10 minute walk into Bayeux.

Good location, OK for a short stay

The location was good, not inside the city of Bayeux but just outside which suited as we were exploring the WWII beaches. It was in a quiet area. It had parking for 2 cars. There was a supermarket about 20 mins walk away.

The crockery and glassware was a mish mash of odd pieces. We never mastered the washing machine and the manual only showed how to install it. The shower hose leaks water so the water pressure is not very great. There was no guest book suggesting restaurants.

The house was very well supplied for cooking and extremely clean and comfortable. It was a great place to spend a few days on our trip around Normandy and Brittany. Tj he agent for the host was very pleasant and helpful.

Could not find a can opener. But that was.not a big deal at all. We would definitely stay at this property again. Overall, a great house and a great experience.

Jolie maison au calme. Cependant, le ménage facturé à 50€ n'a pas été effectué correctement.

Emplacement calme, maison bien équipée.

Manque de propreté. Coussins et housses de fauteuil tâchés. Poils et cheveux sur le sol de la salle de salle de bain. Poussière et toiles d'araignée. Nous avons également relavé les serviettes de bain. Literie à changer. Pas de pression d'eau dans la douche.

Magnifique, presque comme chez soi

L’accueil, le suivi de la conciergerie, la propreté de la maison ainsi que son équipement, les lits prêts et la luminosité des pièces. De plus, le logement se trouve en zone résidentielle, au calme avec un accès aisé et proche de la ville de Bayeux. Un point de chute non négligeable pour des visites culturelles et historiques.

La maison et son emplacement calme, bien équipé, bien situé pour se rendre sur les différents sites du débarquement ou commodités (centre commercial, station essence, centre de Bayeux...)

Une clôture sur l'extérieur serait sécurisée pour les enfants ou pouvoir étendre son linge sans risque de le voir disparaitre. Des rideaux permettraient d'avoir plus d'intimité et un salon extérieur pour profiter du jardin. La pression d'eau à revoir. Ces quelques remarques ne remettent pas la prestation positive et le séjour agréable mais seraient un plus. Si l'occasion de revenir dans la région, je loue sans hésiter.

Emplacement stratégique pour les places du débarquement

À Bayeux, proche du centre mais dans un quartier résidentiel. Proche des plages du débarquements. Tous les équipements. Grande salle de bains.

La nouvelle serrure à code, lorsque la porte est ouverte et le temps que tous le monde sorte, elle se bloque parfois en mode verrouillée. Il est compliqué ensuite pour la remettre en mode ouverture pour fermer la porte. Le matelas du lit en haut à gauche de l’escalier est en cuvette, pas top.

Ce gîte est très bien équipé et son emplacement le rend très calme, Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette région de Normandie et Bayeux se situe idéalement pour visiter les plages et musée du débarquement.

Logement a déconseiller

Le sejour n'est pas a la hauteur du descriptif, d'autre part nous avons louer ce lieux pour nous y retrouver avec les petits enfants. Television hors service et plusieurs appel au propriétaire via la conciergerie, mais pas de réponse. Le logement était mal nettoyé, Le chauffage ne fonctionne que sur certain radiateur car d’autres n’étant pas purgés ne chauffait pas ou avec un boucan insupportable. Face avant du lave-vaisselle inexistant. Radiateur sèche serviette de la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas d’où un ventilateur électrique pour se chauffer Aucune excuse du propriétaire ni même un appel.

Een leuke uitvalsbasis om een stuk van Normandië te ontdekken.

Een dag op voorhand kregen wij bericht van de conciërge over de info om toegang te krijgen tot het huis. In het keukengedeelte waren er ook 2 usb-aansluitingen om toestellen op te laden. Zelfs 2UTP-5 aansluitingen voor internet waren beschikbaar. Het huis lag niet ver van een hypermarché (L'eclerc) waar je alles kan vinden. Ligt ook op wandelafstand van het centrum van Bayeux (ongeveer 30'). Bij aankomst mochten wij eerder dan het voorziene uur het huis betreden wat voor ons goed uitkwam.

Tijdens ons bezoek was de vaatwasser stuk. De Wifi was wel aanwezig maar niet krachtig genoeg om 3 personen comfortabel van internet te voorzien. Tijdens de eerste dag werkte het licht op het toilet gelijkvloers niet meer. Ondanks ons bericht hierover aan de conciërge was dit nog niet gemaakt bij ons vertrek enkele dagen later. De afwerking van het huis: overal ontbraken plinten, de deurdorpels binnen waren nog niet geplaatst en bij het bad was de afwerking nog niet gedaan. Het toilet op het gelijkvloers was onder de trap geplaatst zodat je iedereen naar boven of onder hoorde gaan. In de living kort bij de eettafel waren 2 stopcontacten aanwezig. Echter, één van beide stopcontacten werkte niet. Het was in het begin zoeken naar het juiste huis. Het huisnummer "9" was niet medegedeeld. Het huis ligt onmiddellijk rechts bij het ingaan van de straat. Er zijn alleen maar Franse kanalen beschikbaar op TV. Buitenlandse zenders zitten niet in het aanbod.

Mooie woning met parkeerplek voor de deur.

Mooi huis met parkeergelegenheid voor de deur. Wij gebruikten dit huis als uitvalsbasis om motor te rijden in Normandië. Vanuit hier is alles makkelijk te bereiken wat betrekking heeft op D-day. Bayeux is een leuke stad. Houdt er rekening mee dat op zondag vrijwel alles gesloten is. Zeer goed contact met de eigenaar.

Très bon séjour ensoleillé dans une location correspondant à nos attentes.

Emplacement calme et géographiquement idéal. Equipement parfait. Logement spacieux . Je recommanderai à mes proches.

Petit bémol...toutes les épices sont périmées. Ce ne sont que des épices mais bon...il faut mieux rester prudent quand il s'agit de l'alimentaire.
